The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

This is a most beautiful destination and the staff was the best we experienced in our visit to India. From the moment we arrived they treated us like royalty and warmly welcomed us to their exquisite hotel. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary like placing rose petals in our bath and complimentary cake and tea. One staff member presented us with a box of beautifully displayed Darjeeling tea because he was from that region. He knew we loved this tea and had hoped to visit the region, but could not due to the monsoon rains. The hotel itself is beautiful like an original fort in India appointed with exquisite antiques. The pool is wonderful with amazing attendants. The food is also authentic and delicious. We participated in a small and intimate yoga class several days with patient and beautiful guides who helped us at our specific level. My husband has now fallen in love with yoga and will pursue it in the USA. This resort is not to be missed - an elegant and memorable experience all around that made our trip to India complete and so memorable!

This Oberoi is a resort-style hotel with individual villas as well as peacocks and other birds in their grounds. It is walkable from most of the villas to the main hotel lobby. Ours was just about a 3-minute walk away. However, if you need transport, you can call for a buggy. There are towels provided at the hotel's pool so you need not bring your own towel to the swimming pool. Our villa had a recessed bath tub, a separate shower cubicle and a small courtyard with a day bed.

The room was beautiful, the property is amazing The service was the best part of it all. I lost my glasses and they went over and beyond to find them. Everyone was so helpful and always had a smile on. The breakfast was really great. Lots of options and great taste The place was impeccable Will definitely go back.

We did not think it was possible to equl our experience at Vanyavilas but Rajvilas was another incredible stay. We were given a room upgrade and had a lovely suite with a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, ( one with a sunken bath) living room, kitchen and a beautiful garden with swimming pool and fountains. The hotel grounds are beautiful , with many peacocks and other birds and the main pool area looked lovely. We did our sightseeing early each day so we could return and enjoy the pool in the afternoon using room service to bring us lunch at the side of our pool. We dined in the Indian restaurant which was the best food we had on our whole trip. The main restaurant also does more westernized food, but we stuck with the Indian food which was delicious. And again were given additional tasters of anything we inquired about. There was also a wonderful music and dancing performance here in the evening. Amazing hotel and staff!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and just perfect for relaxing after a long day. Loved the amenities – the pool and gym were great, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. The location was really convenient, close to shops and attractions. Everything was smooth and stress-free, which made the stay even better. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’d happily come back. Highly recommend!
