I don’t ever write reviews about anything but I felt compelled to write a review about Sabi Sabi because it was genuinely one of the most surreal and coolest experiences of my life. It’s almost hard to describe how unbelievable it was. Everything was 1st class from the service to the rooms to the food to the Safari experience. Erin and Leslie were my ranger and tracker and they were the dream team. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to help make the experience a memory of a lifetime. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking a safari at Sabi Sabi, do it. You won’t regret it.

My partner & I stayed at Bush Lodge for 4 nights in April and we couldn’t have had a better time. The accommodation is fantastic, all of the staff are lovely and the safaris were out of this world! We were looked after by Lillie who was amazing & constantly making us laugh when at the lodge. Our tour guide Warren and tracker Banie were the highlight of our trip to South Africa, the knowledge of Warren mixed with Banie’s superpowers of tracking made the safaris so enjoyable. We will be coming back to Bush Lodge again no doubt!

Creamson and Zulu were absolutely amazing and we had some great views of rare animals. Really kind and explained everything well. The lodge itself is lovely with lots of things to do and great food. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff was super welcoming and kind and the atmosphere was great at every meal, drive and other occasions.

The Sabi Sabi bush lodge experience was an adventure of a lifetime! We truly loved the personalised service from the welcome from the manager Conrad and our ranger for the stay, Warren Deyzel, through to our final express game drive on the day of departure. The service at the lodge was faultless, the food was delicious, and while the entire team were very attentive it all had a relaxed and welcoming feel. And the game drive experience was just incredible! We were lucky enough to lots of animals, including the big five and the full cast of the lion king, up close, but the most awe inspiring part was how much we learnt from our ranger Warren. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about the animals and the environment they live in, how every creature and plant plays its own little part in the circle of life, that he has left us wanting to learn and experience more. Our experience at Sabi Sabi was so much more than we had expected, and we’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a truly special adventure.
