Most of the things were closed and was not operational. Resort fee charged 50$ but half of the things on resort fee amenities were either not open or not provided. Room were good, beautiful views, property was good but most of the things was not open.

fantastic experience- excellent experience with the penthouse unit we had - very spacious , excellent beds, nice bathrooms, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic and convenient ! The entire lodge is beautiful! The food is wonderful both on the restaurants in the lodge as well as the restaurant in the base village! We are a family who ski out west every year and this was our first east coast experience - it definitely ranks up there with our best experiences out west and we were very fortunate to haevhad amazing snow conditions on the mountains!

It was a family trip for spring skiing. Even though my wife and one of my daughters didn't ski, they still enjoyed the stay using the amenities of the resort. Food and drink were great and the staff were kind and helpful. It's worth spending extra bugs to stay in the resort hotel.

This resort is top notch,, The service and quality of everything is terrific.. The pool and hot tub are far above average for any nice hotel I have stayed at... The service/staff were incredible.. I know it sounds excessive but this place is great, The ski valet service makes your ski experience one of the best you will find anywhere The only thing to watch for is price.. Not cheap! however , they are very good at adjusting prices according to demand and weather conditions... The also offered upgrades for very little additional money which was appreciated Defiintly go here!

Felt like Vail but in New England. Something for everyone - luxury resort with all the amenities and service, and the old school Mansfield lodge and double chair lifts made it feel like I'm getting the best of what New England ski resorts have to offer!
