Exceptional, Luxurious Service from Start to Finish
Our 21st anniversary stay at the The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the level of personalized service and genuine hospitality exceeded every expectation. Before we even checked in, Jordan Johnson reached out to learn our preferences and ensure our stay would be special. That thoughtful attention set the tone for the entire experience. At check-in, Henry provided exceptional service. Despite having a long line waiting, he never made us feel rushed. He spent time getting to know us and made us feel truly welcomed. What impressed us even more was that every day afterward, whenever we walked past the front desk, Henry greeted us by name with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The Club Lounge team was equally phenomenal — Daniel, Alex, Blair, and especially Luis. Luis felt like family by the end of our stay — like a long-lost cousin. He exceeded every possible standard of customer service. He took time to connect with our family, always seemed genuinely happy to see us, and made every lounge visit feel personal and memorable. The hotel made our anniversary unforgettable with thoughtful touches including champagne, strawberries, macarons, and wine. Alex even took the time to learn my favorite wine and arranged to have it delivered, which was such a meaningful and luxurious gesture. Every part of the experience reflected excellence. Craig took wonderful care of us at the beach each day, and Esteban made sure we were fully cared for at the pool. What amazed us most was how so many staff members knew our names and made us feel recognized throughout the property. Words truly cannot describe the level of luxury, warmth, and indulgence shown not only to us, but also to our two sons. The Ritz-Carlton experience is already exceptional, but the South Beach Miami property stands above them all. This was not simply a hotel stay — it was an unforgettable family celebration filled with genuine hospitality and world-class service.
