Absolutely the best staff! We brought our service dog with us and couldn't be nicer to us. The restaurant and wait staff were great and the food wonderful. It was a great value.

I bought this package for a short romantic weekend to celebrate our anniversary. I have nothing against luxury link as I everything they promised was included for a great price, however the hotel Inn and Spa at Loretta is TERRIBLE! The service at the front desk, concierge, and hotel restaurant were AWFUL!!! The hotel restaurant was highly rated and always listed as top 3 under all the reviews I looked at, so we were expecting a 5-star experience. I would give it a 3/4-star price, with 1-star service, and 2-star food. As far as the room and hotel stay, they had construction that started at 6:30 am-7:00 pm 7 days a week! (And we were never warned or informed about this from any staff, only awoken to it!) The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything your neighbors said, the balconies are shared and you can literally break in to someones room if you wanted, not safe or romantic!! The fireplaces are fake, and only lit by a candle. The 4-post bed was not sturdy or comfortable. The hotel fees(which were covered in our package) are over-priced for the service you get! I will never stay at this hotel again, as they made our romantic weekend as unromantic as possible!
