Been in Grand Stanford Hong Kong both for holidays and for business ;excellent experience, staff at the breakfast are really nice,commited and keen to help. I wanted to have dinner at Mistral restaurant at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford. I remembered it used to be in the basement, so I went downstairs – but couldn't find it at all. I went back up to the concierge and asked Dickson where the restaurant was. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he personally walked me there to make sure I wouldn't get lost again. Such a small but incredibly kind gesture. Thank you, Dickson, for your genuine helpfulness – it made my evening so much better. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for their wonderful concierge team!
