Just a block from glittering Biscayne Bay, Four Seasons Hotel Miami is a sophisticated urban oasis. Public spaces boast a dazzling collection of artwork, while bedrooms and suites complement the architecturally striking glass and granite tower. Although you are within easy reach of the best the city has to offer, you will feel as if you are worlds away. Three pools and Splash Spa provide resort-style relaxation, while Acqua pairs fine Italian cuisine with an extensive wine list and floor-to-ceiling views of the pool terrace.

I tried to book spa treatments in advance of my stay but it was difficult to achieve and way more of an admin burden than I expected. The phone number on the hotel website did not connect. When I used the web submission form on the hotel contact page, no one got back to me. This property is easily the least luxurious feeling Four Seasons I've been to from a hard product standpoint. Unusually, the lobby area is particularly lacking in opulence. My flight was delayed so I arrived late in the early hours of the morning to check in. I appreciated that one of the valet staff walked me into the hotel and right up to the front desk when I arrived. I was disappointed to not receive a briefing on what was included in the resort fee. It was only on my very last morning that I noticed hot beverages, fruit and mini muffins in the lobby and it would have been nice to have been advised of whatever else was available given how unethical it is to mandatorily charge for unsolicited items in the first place, let alone not being informed about them - it screams money grab. I had a couple of issues throughout my stay and was impressed by the service recovery and attentiveness. Mutiple members of leadership greeted me and checked in after that which I thought was more on par for Four Seasons expectations vs the hard product. Poolside service was good. I liked that there was essentially a check in stand. Breakfast: good service and decent range of options for variety. Food was good. Nuna dinner: Food sounded and looked delicious on the website but in reality it was only ok. Service was good. Spa: owned by third party Equinox, the facilities and treatments were both good but it was a little on the high end price wise for not actually being a hotel spa. You can charge spa treatments to your room despite the independent ownership. Valet: staff were good about sending me off with water and helping me get into my ubers. Overall, my personal experience ended up being good but I can understand the disappointments other reviewers are stating.

The hotel service is excellent, the hotel restaurants offer good menus, the pool is very beautiful, as are the rooms. The hotel is magnificent and very well located. Just a small note about a bartender or bar manager who was rude and took our ID cards with her to "check them with her manager," which is something that is not supposed to be done.

DO NOT stay here! My husband and I arrived yesterday and there is a large construction project next to the hotel. They started very loud construction at 8am this morning and it’s a Saturday. The rooms are outdated. Had we known this we would have stayed somewhere else.

Quick visit of just one night after spending time with our daughter in South Beach. Highly recommend using Amex Platinum benefit if you have it to access this hotel - we checked in at noon, got $100 credit which covered a lunch by the pool and had late 4pm check out the next day giving us two beautiful pool days. Staff is very good, room was very nice. For us the pool scene and relaxing poolside was the reason to visit. The pool was huge and the area around it was beautiful. Food served poolside was very good quality. We happened to be there on a Sunday and Monday and Sunday there was a dj spinning - the music selection was great, but not overpowering like a bad nightclub. It was just very relaxed and fun. Had dinner sitting at bar of steak house restaurant in hotel (forget name) and it was very good. This is a really nice place to grab a long weekend, we will definitely return next year as it's my favorite pool in Miami now!

This is not your real Four Seasons experience! We expected a real luxe hotel with the glamour and chicness that has made the group famous. We were very disappointed. To start, It is a tall skyscraper in the middle of town. Not their fault. You have take the lift to the 7th floor to check in and access the hotel. The room is great and spacious but that’s about it. This could be a Hilton or a Marriott. Vast wasted space that didn’t add any value to the place. Breakfast was ok but they said to us, the B&B rate only gave us a max value of $45 each. There was a lobster omelette or something like that on the special menu but it is $60. So I couldn’t take that. They added $8 cappuccino each to our bill!!! So coffee is extra???
