Nice Stay
Me and my husband where there with our dog and we had really nice time. The staff is really gentle and friendly. The room was really nice and clean. We had dinner with a friend at " Brasserie du grand chêne" it was really good the food and service.

Very helpful staff, lovely room and was offered an upgrade at check in which was a bonus. Room was excellent with great views

Lausanne Palace is an amazing property. The lobby and rooms are well appointed. The staff is very warm and friendly. The food is delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Every day a problem! Very disappointed from a luxury hotel
During only 4night stays these what happened: - hairdryer not working, i wait 10 mins with wet hair to get a new one - came back at 7 pm to the room (aftert i left at 8am) and the room was not yet cleaned. I was told that the cleaning is done normally around 7pm, looks a bit weird to me… - the person that came to fix the hairdryer left a tool in the bathroom, none even checked if something was left - airco not working. I was proposed to get a fan, it never arrived - in the shower i did not have showergel, while i had 2useless shampoo. How can i get a shower? And for all of these i always raised the complaint to the team at the desk at the entrance. None ever sayd sorry, only the last lady once i did the checkout and once i have asked to talk to the manager. I am coming very often for work, not sure i will choose again even one night at the palace
