What a special hotel
We had a spectacular stay. We have already started tell people about your hotel that we have met in the past couple days. Especially a couple we met from Washington that go to Victoria a lot. I give the hotel a 5+. The staff, the room and the location were absolutely perfect. We will be staying there again.

Wonderful off the beaten path in busy Victoria.
Abigail Hotel is an amazing place to stay in Victoria. A little off the beaten path but that’s what made is so special! The wonderful welcome, the fresh cookie and note in the room were a special touch for some weary travelers. We could walk to the wharf and Chinatown, and the Parliament a little hilly but easy to get to. Breakfast was outstanding! Thank you the chef and the staff! Patrick our server was great. Thank you for an enjoyable an and relaxing stay in your fabulous hotel. You truly have thought of everything to make your guests comfortable and welcomed.

Top notch from the moment you checkin to the time you checkout! Every worker is so nice! The rooms are one of a kind can’t really describe it, just that they are amazing! The breakfast is out of this world, the chefs team go above and beyond! We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and they treated us like royals! We will be back! Thanks for everything

Abigail’s REAL hospitality was so refreshing!
Abigail’s Hotel is just so nice! Their extraordinary hospitality began with a phone call we made a few months before our trip (which was answered by a real and knowledgeable person). I wanted to gut-check our plan to take the ferry from Seattle, use Uber to get to their hotel (and could we please leave our luggage up front since we’d arrive before check in? - to which the answer was, “of course you can!”), and then use Uber all around town. The very pleasant woman I spoke with (those months before arriving) assured me that our plan should work splendidly, and they looked forward to having us. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two of the nicest front desk people, who took our luggage for storage, then found our room had indeed been cleaned as early as possible and was in fact ready for us for early check in immediately! The property itself is reminiscent of a period of taste and attention to detail that seldom exists any more. Our room was beautiful: spacious, with two separate bathroom sinks and a separate jetted tub and walk-in shower, plus a small sitting area and plenty of space! So nicely appointed with everything in its place, and everything working. The entire lobby and library/lounge area was also beautifully appointed, and so homey and inviting. And breakfast - included with the room - was elaborate and scrumptious. Each day features both sweet and savory options; for example, pancakes, or eggs and bacon. My wife and I got one of each and shared them. It was all delectable. And each day’s menu, specially prepared and printed for that day, includes a weather forecast for the day - even with temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit! We had such a wonderful stay that we hated to leave. We’d look forward to visiting Victoria again and would definitely choose Abigail’s hotel again!!

Our stay at Abigail's Hotel was perfect from the time we first parked in thier spacious parking lot to the time we checked out! The staff were so helpful they even made suggestions on how to be of more sevice to us. The room was so well appointed and comfortable as well as beautiful and clean that we didn't want to leave. I can't decide if I enjoyed the chef, sevice or the wonderful made to order breakfast each morning more. The evening libations in the sitting room were more like a dinner. All in all Abigail's gets an A+ with us! We will return over and over again! Thanks Brenda, Nick, and Kelly! (all staff)

We booked a last minute get away to Abigails Hotel in Victoria, BC. It more than met our expectations. We arrived late and were greeted warmly and professionally. All of the extras that were promised in the offer were there - a bottle of wine, chocolates, and the best snack tray we ever had. The food at Abigails was fantastic. The breakfast that is included is incredible. Home made & delicious. No one would want for more. The rooms are well appointed - every detail is thought of. We even had a real fireplace with logs!! Without Luxury Link we wouldn't have found this little jewel - now I can recommend it to everyone. They don't charge for parking or internet, which make this Hotel even more rare!!

Abigail's Hotel, Victoria M. Paterson Courteous staff, lovely hotel and lovely room in the Carriage House, delicious food, and great location. We have used Luxury Link since 2006 and have never been disappointed with our Luxury Link hotel choices and the extra amenities (such as chocolates, champagne), we have received from them.

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Abigail's Hotel! And I must say, it was AMAZING! This is our 2nd time staying there via Luxury Link and in our opinion, the overall experience rates ""10's"" across the board! The accommodations were luxurious, the staff was top notch, the food prepared by Chef Matt second to none! Our experience at Abigail's exceeded our expectations! We WILL be back!

Wonderful stay and experience as usual with luxury link. Using luxury link never disappoints! Abigail's Hotel was more than a home away from home. Upon arriving we had cookies, chocolates and wine waiting for us on our bed. Our room, as was described, came with a fireplace. It was ample and cozy. It had a nice spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub! The breakfast was outstanding and varied throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the little extras that the hotel had to offer like the appetizers at night. We would highly recommend Abigail's Hotel and look forward to visiting again soon.

What a great Luxury Link package! Abigail's Hotel is very comfortable and the service is great. Delicious breakfasts and great complimentary appetizers in the afternoon. I will definitely return to Abigail's when I return to Victoria.
