Reviews for Aleenta Hua Hin Resort & Spa

Relaxing getaway from the Thai hustle and hustle.

We selected this resort as an alternative to staying in Hua Hin and the many 5 star hotels. Our beach front bungalow, private plunge pool along with the high level service and food exceeded our expectations. Listening to the waves at night and the peaceful village feel of the area was fantastic. Would highly recommend if you are seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat while being able to get to Hua Hin in a 20-30 minute Bolt. Will be back again.. thanks to all the staff for a great holiday.

Private, elegant oasis of exceptional quality

Beautiful gem boutique hotel. Elegant rooms and decor, exceptional spa and top cuisine. I highly recommend the Signature Retreat. The staff were professional and attentive. All deserve commendation, but I would like to applaud Pi and Wa for their care and fun attitudes supporting the nature programme and Film and Ben for their skill and professionalism at the spa. The restaurant staff were brilliant. Deer is a top rate manager, making all seem effortless. The yoga instructor Ta added a huge benefit to my stay. Thank you.

A tranquil paradise

We stayed in a beachfront villa that was stunning , the only word of caution is the bathroom has an open ceiling above the shower , so best to keep repellent burners on at all times. We had club packaged and food and drink was fantastic including dealing with dietary needs. The massage was one of the best settings I have had anywhere Afternoon tea by the restaurant pool was an absolute delight

A beautiful, relaxing resort but sadly with a couple of major negatives

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

My wife and I have just spent nine nights at this delightful, relaxing resort. The food in the restaurant is first rate and was consistently delicious and beautifully presented. All the staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful and really made our stay extra special. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives that would prevent us from returning. The main swimming pool area is on a separate site and is very poorly maintained. The small beachfront section where the sun loungers are situated is tatty with broken paving stones and bare earth which made the tiled area around the pool and cafe filthy from muddy, wet feet. We had the penthouse suite which was stunning and has 180 degree panoramic views of the beach. It really is a fabulous room, but there were birds apparently living in the roof and most days we had bird droppings in the shower. We complained several times and they cleaned it up straight away but didn't do anything to solve the issue, telling us that the birds "were a problem". Despite their claim, this is sadly not to five star standard although it could easily be with a little work

“We loved the hotel accommodations and the staff was courteous and eager to please. The resort is situated directly on the waterfront and every unit borders the beach. You can find a few eateries/cafe/bars off of the property but the quality of food and service was not as good as the resort's dining facility. My only negative was the large number of stray dogs that roam the village outside of the resort.”
