Excellent stay - again
Outstanding stay - again. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Rooms are beautiful - with lovely views. Always lovely personal touches - like port and Portuguese custard tarts left in the room. Eva, on reception , was exceptional.

Best place to stay in Lisbon!
Hotel location is excellent, close to Lisbon' 5th avenue for designer shopping and a 10 minute walk to old town. The hotel restaurant and bar on the 7th floor is the perfect retreat after a long day sightseeing. The service is outstanding, the young lady who manages reservations for the restaurant is excellent, absolute credit to the hotel. All the staff are excellent from the front desk to the breakfast team as well as the bar and waiting staff on the 7th floor. One of the most enjoyable stays we have had. If booking a room ask for a balcony room, we stayed in 207, facing Lisbon's fifth avenue. Perfect stay!

Lovely hotel and amazing staff -so friendly, efficient and caring - nothing was too much trouble - they looked after us beautifully - thank you Sofia and Isobel and Myrian and the bar staff on the 7th floor - brilliant - loved it - highly recommend it for a stay in Lisbon
