It's a journey in itself to get to Anantara Mui Ne Resort, but that’s part of the reason it’s so rewarding. Four hours from Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne is a rare unspoiled beach destination that’s popular with kite surfers and visitors who prize solitude. Ten miles of sand front Anantara’s fragrant gardens, and just beyond town are the monolithic White Dunes, where a hike to a lotus-filled lake oasis is unforgettable.

We added a week by the beach to our holiday because my husband had to stay a month longer in Vietnam, for medical reasons. Anantara Mui Ne Resort could offer us the use of a wheelchair, wheelchair accessibility to the pool situated right near the beach, and, from our room in the main building, easy accessibility to the dining room on the ground floor. Apart from the rooms in the main building, the hotel also has bungalows, each with it's own pool. Not an option for us because of wheelchair, Anantara is a 5 star hotel with a beautiful garden, pool and lovely sandy beach. We upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and the view we had was stunning.. While we were there it was always windy after 11am so the best time to go for a swim was early mornings. They have 2 restaurants. The one near the beach is open only on Fridays and Saturdays for barbeque meals. The other one is in the main buiding, with a lovely view of the garden and large fish pond. Breakfasts were really good, with a large variety on offer. Meals at other times, we found good but overpriced. Once again, the staff excelled. They were so attentive and took such good care of my husband, pushing the wheelchair from the main building to the pool, twice a day. Always smiling and some of them even surprising us by refusing a tip! All requests were handled efficiently and genuine interest for our well being was shown by all staff. They also did their best to find a suite for us for the last 2 nights. At a price, but it wasn't easy for them to find availability. There are only 4 Ocean View Suites. One of the highlights of our stay took place at 6pm daily. A man, in a little round Sampan, basket boat, went around the small lake, lighting candles. Truly magical. We loved our week in Mui Ne and highly recommend Anantara Resort.

Those staffs who are working at Breakfast F&B outlet showing poker face and not willing to assist my father to have some tea when we asked for help, my father need to do it by himself while some have provide help for another table. it's affecting our experience and mood

Loved it, really nice beach resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Gym is a bit dated, but cannot fault anything else. Breakfast every day was amazing. The spa and massages were really good as well. It's in a great location as well with a lovely beach overlooked by the pool.

Our first visit to this country and very pleased with the standard of the food and the hotel with a perfect location on the beach. Excellent friendly efficient staff. We liked the modern design of the spacious bedrooms.
