Ultimate Spa experience
I chose the UNNO massage and my therapist was Cristina. The facility was very spacious and relaxing. Cristina gave a fantastic massage. I especially loved the heated blankets, the heated weighted eyemask and the heated robe at the end. I thoroughly felt relaxed and renewed.

Beautiful surroundings, rooms nice, food and service left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend.
Beautiful surroundings. Pool cold, Parrots, peacocks, hummingbirds, alpacas on property. Food and service subpar. Staff need more training.

There was a large selection at breakfast and a very nice welcome with the door opened and service. Thank you Guelberto.
The hotel is very luxurious and clean. The territory is beautifully maintained, there is even a cinema.I was pleasantly surprised by such a nice place and service.
