The first room we checked into was infested with Ants. The second room which the hotel upgraded us to did not have a working shower. It took almost an hour for the staff to fix it

She was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure to adjust the pressure, music, and oils to suit my preferences perfectly. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon.

I can’t overstate how pleasantly surprised we were by this stay. We are a early-30’s couple from NYC, and were looking for a tranquil, calming retreat that would show us the valley but provide comfort and great amenities. Honestly, everything and everyone at the spa exceeded expectations, and we have traveled a LOT. The resort grounds, staff, restaurant, rooms, spa, and other amenities were fantastic and we would highly, highly recommend Aranwa Sacred Valley if you’re considering it. You won’t be sorry! We received amazing service from: Juan Antonio, Gregorio, and Yordan. Thanks so much gentleman! It made a difference. To the resort: your online presence is underselling this resort. In particular your website should have more photos to help people understand how beautiful and luxurious it is!
