Amazing Service That Made Our Wedding Weekend Truly Special
My wife and I stayed at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa for our wedding weekend, and the entire experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, Natasha and Nikita at the front desk set the tone with their exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was taken care of. We’re already looking forward to seeing them again on our next visit. We also want to recognize Michael and Carson, who handled our room inspection. Both were professional, friendly, and added to the overall positive experience. A heartfelt thank‑you to Amy Faulkner for coordinating everything for our wedding party, and to Louise, who went above and beyond to make sure we were fully settled in. Your extra care meant so much to us. And a big shoutout to the valet team — every one of you was amazing throughout our stay. As the wedding party, the hotel upgraded our suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. My family and I truly appreciated the gesture and the thoughtfulness behind it. The only downside was the booking process, which redirected us to another site and made it difficult to check our reservation afterward. However, once we arrived, the staff more than made up for that inconvenience with their outstanding service. On behalf of myself and my family, thank you all for helping make our wedding weekend even better. We look forward to staying with you again

Above and Beyond all expectations!!
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt like family! The staff was so friendly, positive and fun! We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. It was absolutely perfect - relaxing, and beautiful! A big shout out to Natasha and Nikita! Those two ladies were just so welcoming and played a big part in our great experience - from a kind hearted hello to helping us find some amazing local food! They were simply wonderful. Highly recommend The Atlantic!

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made our dining experience even better. We truly appreciated her hard work and would be happy to be served by her again

Anniversary brunch
Came to get brunch to celebrate our anniversary and Sarah made the experience even more special! She was so friendly and attentive! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the bottomless mimosas! Will definitely be back again!
