Responsive and helpful staff.
The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly. We had a situation where a parade was going to interfere with our plan to retrieve a rental car and head out of the city. Nick, at the front desk, took the time to discuss various options to avoid the conflict and make it to our destination on time. While checking out of another hotel in Gloucester, my wife realized that she had left a top hanging in the closet of our room at AKA. I called the front desk of AKA and Nick answered the call. I explained what had happened. He arranged to have the item ready for pickup the next morning before we caught our flight out of Boston. The next morning we picked up the top at AKA. Nick didn’t just resolve issues for us, but he did it with patience and sincerity that you simply don’t find very often in the hotel industry. Hats off to Nick!
