Wow, loved this resort!!! The staff was delightful & the bayfront rooms were fabulous. Several dining options with restaurant and bar. Food was delicious and service was great. Resort also has a pool & convenient parking. They also offer boat rides to Butchart Gardens I will definitely return!

We arrived early on the ferry and wanted to check in before we headed off to Sidney and leave our luggage as we expected the room would not be ready. We told them we would be back around 2 Pm and could they make sure the $1200 per night suite was ready. When we returned at 2 the front desk made no effort to have us check in early as the normal check in is 4 PM. We sat in the lobby for 2 more hours. In addition we waited 45 minutes for breakfast after the order went in the next morning. Only 4 tables occupied for breakfast. Most unprofessional front desk staff ever. Not worth half the price. We will stay in Sidney next trip and never return to the place where customers do not count at all. We doubted our room was even rented the previous night. The only excuse they gave us( because we had booked a 2 bedroom suite) it took longer to clean. Pathetic!!

Top notch service and property tucked away in a quiet corner of the Todd Inlet. Even with the Mill Bay ferry next door (which we never heard), you feel like you are in a private oasis. The Pub is awesome! We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the marina. We rested easy knowing our boat was safe and sound in the protected marina with excellent staff keeping a close eye at all times. Can’t wait to come back!

This resort was amidst shifting to not allow kids. I found the communication vague related to the subject on their website. They now are not welcoming families. If you have little ones, keep looking for a place to stay that is t here. Great service and experience for adults only,

Have been here twice - wonderful place. Take the boat to the gardens. The food and spa are both terrific, and it's very romantic if you are with someone special.
