H10 Casanova

Very very nice hotel to stay at. Rooms are amazing, so is breakfast. We almost felt sad after 3 days to continue on with our trip. I will miss having 2 showerheads in the shower, which was exceptionally large actually for my expectations for Europe.

This hotel is not child friendly. The pictures of the swimming pool & gym are deceiving. The pool is tiny & it’s next to the bar so not good for children what so ever. The gym has 3 machines altogether. Staff were nice apart from one women at reception who’s name unfortunately I can’t remember.

H10 is centrally located close to University. It is an easy commute to all public transportation. It is located in a lively part of the city. Rooms are small, but not tiny. I actually find them comfortable. I felt that the price we paid, was a good deal for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily and 2-5 € left on the bed, helped a lot. Rooms are very well isolated, for light and sound. Or we had quiet neighbors. 🙂 I found that all personal are very friendly: reception, breakfast area, cleaning personal. The hotel is in good shape, in general. There are a couple of things that can be improved: Fridge in the room is a joke. Do not understand how difficult would it be to get a decent new small fridge. A new one is under €100. Bathroom door had the bottom swollen from water and it looked worn out. The towel heater support is not functional. Not sure why provide one, if you know it is not working. The good part: breakfast is amazing! It is the best I encountered in my trips. Mind you, I do not travel often. Good job H10 Casanova!

Extremely happy with this hotel. Everything has been amazing. Especially grateful for Alessandro who went out of his way to go out in the heat to help Us hail a taxi. He above and beyond and we are very grateful!

We stayed here for 3 nights post cruise. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet and… big plus… nice big bath towels which not all hotels offer. We were booked for room only so I can’t comment on breakfast but we did dine in one evening after a busy days sightseeing. The menu was quite generic but the food was lovely and the portions were very generous, so much so that we struggled to eat everything we had ordered. From what we could see there were limited evening eating options close to the hotel although there are 2 cafes bars directly opposite for daytime food. The rooftop terrace is nice too - we sat there one evening for a drink. The pool is quite small but ideal for a cool off dip.
