We always feel welcome!
Crown & Anchor offers a great variety of flavors, and their cocktail menu provides plenty of options to choose from. What truly makes this place stand out, however, is the exceptional staff. From Alessa at the desk to Ronald, who took care of us throughout, everyone made us feel welcome. We never felt rushed. The other team members who stopped by our table to check on us were equally friendly, attentive, and pleasant. This has become a favorite spot for my friends and me. One of the things we appreciate most is that they are often able to accommodate walk-ins, unlike many other restaurants that operate on a reservations-only basis. I highly recommend Crown & Anchor for both the food and the excellent customer service.

Amazing service & location
Stayed here for a special anniversary trip. Had been here many years ago, much changed for the better, multiple dining options and an infinity pool. Our favorite restaurant was the 1609 bar & restaurant. Very attentive servers, in restaurant & poolside. The empanadas are fantastic! Special shout-out to Maria who provided exceptional service, even helped us with reservations on our anniversary which fell on a Sunday. Room was clean, well appointed, freshened daily. Able to walk to restaurants and night life. All positives for the hotel and staff.

3rd Time In 1 Year
3rd visit in a year. The Hamilton Princess was once again perfect. The staff is always very friendly. The Gold Lounge service is highly recommended and a main reason why we came back again. Rolly and crew took care of us like we were family. From a filling breakfast to tasty evening desserts, we enjoy every moment at the Golf Lounge. Our room #168 (#68 on a previous visit) is ideal, where the balcony opened up to the private harborside terrace. And around the corner, the infinity pool. The Intrepid restaurant was excellent, our 3rd time there. It’s a must when ur in Bermuda. Hotel doorman & concierge services were extremely helpful coordinating our taxi service and answering all our questions. The Hamilton Princess private beach access is yet another perk worth the Hamilton Princess experience. Once again, a 10/10.

Exceptional Hotel
Hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. We had upgraded to VIP and the gold lounge was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They couldn’t do enough for you. We will definitely go back.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
