Amazing experience. Jason at the bar, Sally - the hiking guide, Lynn the hostess with the mostess and Gerard at the pool all deserve a pat on the back for their warm hospitality. Love this hotel and my room - can’t sit to go back soon.

Historic spa and springs hotel that offers a wide variety of delicious food items. This is not your modern, loud and lively spot, but it doesn't pretend or advertise to be. Between the Spa, the Staff, food, and shuttles this was such a pleasant and relaxing stay. We were greeted with hospitality from Bobby and Staff at the front desk, and the kitchen manager really went above and beyond for us every day at Santé. Visiting downtown Sonoma is a must with the shuttle, and take the recommendations of the concierge for food options nearby the Hotel. We always try to eat memorable food items, and the Green Goddess crunch sandwich was up there. Would stay again. Its relaxing, and the spa is a huge selling point.

We heard that Sante was starting the Sunday Supper dinners and we wanted to be there on the first day. We started in the bar with special spritzes created by the bartender, Deb, which were delicious. Our group was seated promptly, and we ordered a bottle of Rose from Arnot Roberts that was amazing, the wine list is extensive, but the server was knowledgeable and able to recommend some great local offerings. We had been to Sante before, but the restaurant looks fresh and chic since the recent renovation. Sean Carscaden, one of our favorite local artists was playing a couple of tables away, the volume was perfect, we were able to have conversations without it being obtrusive. The courses came out "family-style", we never waited for anything but also did not feel rushed. We had a friend join as we were starting the second course, staff was accommodating and moved a table over and got her caught up on the previous course. Since we had seen Sean before, we knew some of his playlist and he allowed us to request some songs. We ordered a bottle of Syrah to have with our main course, and it was perfect. I wish we would have taken some pictures of the food, but we were having such a nice time talking, drinking and eating that it slipped our mind, that's when you know you are having a good dinner. Dessert was strawberry shortcake, totally seasonal from a local farm, paired with a beautiful dessert wine. Totally recommend the Sunday Supper experience, they even have valet parking, and you can sit out front at one of the firepits after dinner. Kudos to Chef Jen.

The Sonoma Fairmont is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very nice with many food selections and very kind servers. The spa amenities are excellent. We spent the day at the spa and used the spa pools, saunas and hot tub. My provider for both my services was Telisa who was amazing! We will definitely come back to this resort. Our room was very comfortable and spotless with nothing missing on a daily basis. If you’re looking g for a peaceful and relaxing resort, this is the place to visit.

From our first greeting outside the hotel to our departure we met some wonderful employees of the Sonoma Mission Inn. All were friendly and helpful...exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont in Sonoma. This is the second time we have purchased the package through Luxury Link. The overall structure of the package is excellent, especially the breakfast each day along with the resort credit which we use to offset the pet fee. The Fairmont Sonoma is a wonderful dog-friendly property.
We upgraded our stay when we checked in and appreciated having a nice suite with a big patio area to relax and enjoy the excellent weather. The staff overall is excellent, but we especially appreciate the hostess at the restaurant, Lynne.

The grounds were beautiful; the roaring fires in the fire pit and the lobby fireplace were welcome on a chilly autumn night. The valet parkers were very friendly and quick! They were the staff that consistently called us by name.
