Forty 1° North

I returned to lovely Newport for the second time this year. It is more beautiful it is compared to the bleakness of winter. I stayed again at Forty 1 North (now most favorite place) and was treated wonderfully! Many of the employees remembered me from my last stay. Their outside restaurant was exquisite and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you are in Newport, you MUST stay there and you MUST have the seafood tower! Exquisite and fun luxury!

We hosted a college reunion at 41 N on 6/28 for about 20 people. Riley and Kathleen, the sales representatives for 41 North event planning, were amazing. They were very responsive and spent a lot of time providing meal and drink options for the attendees. I was very pleased with the final results - a beautiful location, excellent service and the family style dinning was perfect. Great food and fantastic value. I have hosted events at other venues in Newport, but by and large this venue is the best.

Absolutely love 41° North! The location is unbeatable, right on the water with stunning views and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The service is always top-notch and the manager Josh goes above and beyond to make every visit special. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely conversational. Everything from the wine to the food was delicious. One of our favorite spots in Newport!

This is place is awesome! Best location/sunset in Newport. I was there with a group of 10 and the service and food were on point. And most importantly, great espresso martinis. Bar staff and the manager Josh were all welcoming. Not sure why this place gets a bad review…We can’t wait to get back.

You can’t beat the location and views but it is the talented staff that really make the difference ! The teamwork here is remarkable. We are consistently impressed by how the staff coordinates under the leadership of Josh and Chef Alia to handle busy evenings while keeping everything running smoothly, turning out amazing meals and creating a fantastic dining experience There are many dining choices in Newport, Chef Alia brings a unique flavor profile and twist to menu items that not only taste great but are visually stunning to set the food apart from other establishments. Her scallop and mango crudo is a star! Tired of the usual surf and turf ,seafood and chicken dishes, I look forward to tasting more of her creative vision to put a new spin on these classics standards. From a personalized easy reservation process to the friendly welcome and impeccable service, Josh truly knows how to manage to create a consistent stellar experience. There is a welcoming and upbeat energy at the fermentation classes that keeps me coming back each week. Abby is a top-notch bartender and impresses each week with her selections paired with Chef Alia's s carefully curated dishes to create sensational pairings and a terrific evening .
