We've been fortunate to host a wine-tasting event at 41 North every October since 2019, and every year their staff, harbormaster, and chef goes above and beyond with graciousness, prompt service, and attention to detail. Our guests always love the experience at 41 North, and we're always thrilled to partner with them. A highlight of a busy event week always!

My husband and I go to the Fermentation Class almost every Wednesday. They are excellent. Josh is always great making sure that we get our reservation and are well taken care of. Abbey is an amazing at describing the wines. Ransford works hard running the food. Everybody is always in a great mood and makes for an enjoyable evening.

Fermentation at 41N is an amazing experience led by Abbie and Josh. Wines are discussed before pouring, accompanied by a delicious bite served by Rabsaford. Well worth the visit. As a member and patron I highly recommend this event 💕

MY FRIEND AND I STAYED AY 41 NORTH SEPTEMBER 28 THRU OCTOBER 3RD 2025 AND IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY WAS THE HOTEL BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET, IT WAS LOCATED ON THE WATER IN THE HEART OF EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED TO SEE AND DO. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, TASTEFULLY DECORATED, HAD ALL THE AMENITIES WE COULD HAVE POSSIBLY IMAGINED AND THE VIEW OF THE WATER WAS BREATHTAKING. AS GREAT AS THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS, THE STAFF WAS ON A LEVEL I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED. THESE FOLKS BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO ACCOMMODATE OUR EVERY NEED, FROM ARRANGING TOURS, PROCURING TICKETS AND DRIVING US FREE OF CHARGE TO WHEREVER WE NEEDED TO GO. Forty 1’ North is an excellent place to stay in Newport. Located in the middle of the best Newport has to offer, we were warmly greeted by the valet and the check-in was fast and easy. We loved our room, a suite on the top floor with broad views and luxury accommodations. We spent a lot of time on our balcony and enjoyed having a living and dining room as well as a sumptuous bedroom. Water and boats were viewed from every window. The staff is extremely accommodating and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. And dinner in the dining room was over the top. The blinis and caviar were outstanding and the chocolate ganache cake required me to ask to meet the chef! She was kind enough to come to the table so I could sing her praises in front of everyone. Her food is a must…. and I am a chef. Kudos all around.
