Rough Around the Edges
Great location and view. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed. But it’s a little rough around the edges such as shower water temperature wasn’t hot, no bottled water in the room, and no coffee maker. Tub drain didn’t work but didn’t matter because water was tepid. Maintenance said they weren’t allowed to turn the temp up! Fire place didn’t work. Bathroom cabinets chipped and water damaged.

Private Lunch Event
I recently hosted a business lunch in the Gallery at Forty 1° North, and overall, it was a great experience. Riley was wonderful to work with, both leading up to the event and on-site. Our servers, Morgan and Bogdan, were absolutely fantastic! They embodied what it truly means to deliver an unmatched level of hospitality. They were professional, handled the entire lunch service with ease, and were very in tune with who our VIPs were. We had a highly successful event, and I’d definitely return.

Perfect Sunshine Lunch on the Water
Our firm attended lunch at The Grill at Forty 1 North and what a fantastic experience! Our host sat us overlooking the wharf/boats/water on a beautiful sunny day. Our waiter was polite and very attentive when we ordered drinks/apps/lunch. The food was beyond amazing! We all tried a variety of items and shared so we really got a chance to experience it all! Tuna Tartar, Burrata Salad, Crispy Jumbo Prawns, Lobster Roll, 41N Burger, Grilled Chicken BLT and even Bread Service, everything was delicious! Once finished with lunch, we stepped a few feet to the lounging chairs which was part of the restaurant/deck. We continued with cocktails and desserts which had us all in heaven! Our time at The Grill was perfect from the host to our waiter, to our food and drinks to desserts, absolutely a FIVE STAR and would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you to the staff and Chef! Kudos!!!

Perfection on a summer afternoon
Staff here is incredible. Jose, the bartender is spectacular, John our server was very attentive and the manager Josh made sure everything was on point. We look forward to enjoying another sunny afternoon on the outdoor patio admiring the gorgeous yachts & view.
