Perfect
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining the room and ensuring everything was always in good condition. The dining experience was also impressive. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented, with a good variety of options to choose from. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, which made our meals even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room quality, dining service, and the warm hospitality from the hotel team. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future

Amazing, beautiful resort and kind staff
The location was perfect, every single staff that we met and interacted with was outstanding, very professional, extremely polite, ready to assist with any query we had and I extremely appreciated that, for someone that used to work in hospitality and luxury resorts myself, I am always very appreciative to watch hotel staff provide a high level of quality service, and everyone at the haian hotel did that, and has exceeded my expectations. Our room was clean, spacious and well presented. Thank you all for your warm hospitality and we will definitely come back again, love and appreciation to all ✌️.
