The stunning coastal city of Cannes has long attracted the world's glitterati to the French Riviera, with its striking seaside beauty and the famous film festival making quite an impression. No lavish escape into this medley of culture and paradise would be complete without a stay at the luxurious Hotel Chateau de la Tour. The immaculately manicured grounds upon which this regal hotel rests will take your breath away before you even step through its elegant doors. Richly scented bougainvilleas add bold splashes of vibrant color to the lush emerald lawns, and the infinite azure sky blends beautifully with the shimmering Mediterranean sea on the horizon. Architecturally stunning, the clean lines of the castle-esque hotel create a magnificent aura of tranquility, blending modern comforts with the quaint 13th-century charm of the south of France.

What a great find. Nestled on Cannes heights this 4 * is a little gem. Great rooms (some with sea view), nice pool, and excellent restaurant (the chef won the prestigious “meilleur ouvrier de France” award”, this is a great place to relax, meet friends and/or have a couple break; and the buzz of the Croisette and its beaches is a few minutes away. Finally, the staff’s professionalism and kindness are second to none, a keeper.

Amazing position, quiet and nice view in an old refurbished structure. My room was not big but with a nice view on the swimming pool. Polite staff and nice breakfast I would definitely go back for my next business trip to Cannes.

Beautiful pool, lovely setting and great restaurant. Our room was quite small and could have used an update. The air conditioning was apparently new but we could not get it to work. Cannes is a busy place so it was nice to come back to this serene setting.

The hotel itself was very clean but the rooms were very small and the building was old. The staff were nice. The location was good in terms of being close to the beach but hardly you can find a walking distance restaurant or other stores. Still I do recommend this hotel in Cannes.

Not remarkable. The rooms are tired, stuffy (old carpet) and no “garden” view, as described. The receptionist was friendly, however. The pool is nice and the area quiet, too. Not too far to walk to the beach. Free parking is a nice feature.
