Hotel Park City

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Quiet rooms, courteous staff, beautiful location. Would love to come back!

My husband and I came to Park City with our kids to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The Hotel Park City went above and beyond after a very small hiccup in the beginning. From the amenities (including complimentary electric scooter rentals, rides to and from main street, the best daily room refresh, etc.) to bringing us anything we were in need of, we were so pleased! This is our second stay in a Marriott autograph collection, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you are looking for location, luxury, and fun, look no further than the Hotel Park City.

From the moment you walk in and all three Hostesses greet you with big smiles…you know you’re at a Ruth Chris “A” rated restaurant. Our server Gracie was a joy. Attentive service, doesn’t even come close to describe her skills !! We actually both had the Hone Glazed Salmon…delicious. Oh…did I mention the VIEW on the terrace!! Spectacular VIEW…enjoy ❤️

Nicolle Pedraza was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she set the tone with professionalism, warmth, and complete attention to detail. She didn’t just do her job, she went above and beyond in every interaction to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What stood out most was her ability to anticipate needs before we even had to ask. She was proactive, organized, and incredibly responsive, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in what they do, and it shows in how she treats people and manages her responsibilities. Nicolle represents exactly what you want in a front desk supervisor. She made us feel taken care of the entire time, and her level of service was truly impeccable. I would go out of my way to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

We return to Hotel Park City almost every year to celebrate our birthdays because it is truly one of our favorite places in the world, even after extensive travels across the globe. We love staying in the beautiful cottages, which always feel like a perfect home away from home. The experiences have been incredible every time. Much of what makes it so special is the outstanding service, particularly from supervisor Nicolle. She consistently goes above and beyond with her warmth, thoughtful attention to detail, and genuine care, turning each visit into an unforgettable, extraordinary stay. We cannot recommend Hotel Park City highly enough!
