Fantastic service and beautiful hotel
The hotel is in a perfect, quiet location on the RiverFront with just a quick walk to restaurant row. Rooms are big and comfortable. Absolutely impeccable guest services from the valet, to friendly front desk staff, and attentive serving staff at the bar and restaurant. Taral Myrikal at the front desk was wonderful and assisted us with a few requests during our stay. Will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel

Hotel Valencia for the WIN again!
This is the second time to stay at Valencia, and once again everything was awesome. From the minute we arrived, the service was excellent, with Tara greeting us with a smile and helpful information. The staff, the location, the aesthetics of the hotel.. You can't really beat it. We've stayed at over 10 different hotels on the Riverwalk, and this one is our favorite!

Awesome birthday weekend!
Had a great experience in our stay, clean room and comfy pillows. The room had a balcony which was great. Big shoutout to our valet Dawin, she made sure we were taken care of.
