My Vacation at 1 Hotel San Francisco.
Beautiful hotel with an excellent location by the waterfront. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Friendly staff, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Poonam at the front desk for her outstanding service. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in San Francisco. Highly recommend!

A New Favorite in San Francisco
We had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco and would happily give it five stars. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building, and many of San Francisco’s top attractions. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, modern, and relaxing, with a unique nature-inspired design that creates a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was well-appointed with thoughtful details and comfortable furnishings. While the room was a bit smaller than we expected, it was efficiently designed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although there were many amenities available, we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of all amenities. The staff consistently delivered friendly, attentive service that made us feel welcome from check-in through departure. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The only drawbacks were that the room size was somewhat limited and the overall cost was higher than what we typically pay at the Fairmont. That said, the exceptional location, atmosphere, cleanliness, amenities, and service made for an excellent experience overall. We would definitely stay here again.

Amal the manager and Gisele the masseuse were beyond exceptional. Top massage in the Bay Area, stunning little facility (the outdoor baths!!) and next-level hospitality. Cannot wait to come back.

Great Massage at Bamford
Saori is a great massage therapist. I booked a massage as I was experiencing some soreness in my quadriceps from running. I left the massage with my quadriceps feeling much looser and decreased tension. Bamford spa continues to be one of the best in San Francisco.
