Wonderful one night stay at the Kennebunkport Inn. Room 109 was very spacious and loved the decor but 3rd floor and no elevator so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (beet salad, steak, dessert) and it was delicious. The continental breakfast was great (yogurt, bagels, muffins, coffee, etc.) Bikes provided although we didn't use and loved that the fireplaces were on (inside and out on the deck) due to the cold weather. Perfect location for exploring downtown Kennebunkport!

I was looking for a place for us to to have an early meal before attending the Ogunquit Playhouse and I came across The Burleigh Gastro Pub. I have eaten at this location many times in the past but with different names and different menus. For some reason, this place keeps on changing names but there is one constant, I have yet to be disappointed dining here. We were comfortably seated by a window overlooking the street and outdoor veranda. As we were early, the Gastro Pub was quiet and relaxing. I ordered an IPA on tap along with the Baked Stuffed Halibut which was served atop garlic mashed potatoes, with a side of broccolini and a delicious sherry cream sauce. The halibut was tender and flaky and the seafood stuffing had nice notes of thyme, and well seasoned. An outstanding dish. Our server was impeccable and knew his menu inside out. Pricing was more than fair for this quality of food, surroundings and service.

Lovely hotel right in downtown Kennebunkport. The rooms were very eclectic and the food was amazing. They have lots of 'hang out' space both outside and inside. We ate dinner one at the restaurant and it was delicious. I also really enjoyed the muffins for breakfast. The location can not be beat and the staff was friendly.

The location was great, and we loved the common areas. We booked a room that also had a day bed. The day bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep on it at all. I guess it was a blessing since the smoke detector decided to go off in the middle of the night, and the only way for the not so kind person to access it was to step all over it. I understand the Inn is old, but the mildew smell from the AC was pretty bad. The bathroom was updated and very nice. The front desk person was very nice upon check-in, but the lady during our checkout not so much. While I understand the battery going bad on the smoke detector wasn't necessarily their fault, an apology would have been nice for what we paid for the room. Or even a "how was your stay". The restaurant staff we encountered were also pretty unfriendly. The continental breakfast was awful, as others have stated. While we don't regret our stay, we definitely wouldn't stay again.
