The hotel is very nice and overall offers a pleasant experience from the moment of arrival, with facilities that stand out for their design and welcoming atmosphere. The service is good, and most of the staff are attentive and willing to assist with anything needed, which contributes positively to the stay. However, it is noticeable that maintenance needs to be reinforced in certain areas, as some details could be improved to match the image and level of service the hotel aims to project. Regarding the dining experience, the food is good, with enjoyable flavors and appropriate presentation. That said, there is an opportunity to elevate the experience and make it more memorable through small improvements in consistency, variety, or innovation. It is worth highlighting team members who truly make a difference in service. In particular, Jesus Cabrera the Restaurants and Bars department, stands out for his positive attitude and his warm, engaging interaction with guests. He is attentive, personable, and shows a genuine interest in delivering quality service, ensuring that each guest feels well taken care of. His approachability and warmth create a more personalized and enjoyable experience, making him undoubtedly a great addition and a valuable asset to the team.

Wow!! My sister and I flew from Vancouver to stay for a week at the beautiful Hotel Las Brisas in Acapulco. The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Acapulco Bay and all of the casitas have their own pool. They have a sunset bar and awesome beach club down the hill at the ocean. The beach club has a bar and restaurant and features a freshwater pool as well as two saltwater pools connected to the ocean. These pools have fish, starfish and sea urchins! The beds are so comfortable, and coffee, fruit and pastries are delivered each morning. The hotel staff were friendly and took care of anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Andrea on the front desk, and Santiago, who drove us everywhere in his pink and white jeep! Muchas gracias, Las Brisas!😍 🇲🇽

i was very disappointed with the reservation desk. i needed to call many times to reserve another night. When I called the 0 number I could not understand because of the talking in the background. After calling 3 or 4 times I finally got my reservation. After I received a phone call asking me if I had reserved and with who. I was very stressed. I finally went to the front desk. They asked me to pay for the extra night right away. I always thought we paid the rooms when we check out! When I did check out they did not give me an invoice. I called today for them to send me the invoice by e-mail. I had to speak to 3 different people before I got an answer.

What an iconic place. No place defines the region like Las Brisas! You can feel the history when you stay. Amazing sunsets and friendly staff that make you dread leaving. Acapulco has so much to offer and we can’t wait to return.

All rooms in the hotel have incredible views, all personnel are great, they offer great service. Hotel is built on a mountain, so access to rooms or pool/sea is through jeep service, they pick you up, service is fast and great. Rooms are clean, great, most have a shared pool near room, or a private pool on you room. The only downside is that the hotel was built in the 1950´s so it looks a little dated, but all in a great experience.

We stayed at Las Brisas in Acapulco, Mexico, in November, 2004. The view and private pool at our casita were so spectacular that we didn't even venture down to the beachclub the first few days!! The beachclub and sunset bar are also amazing and the staff is friendly! Simply fantastic & relaxing!!
