Highly recommended
Great location, very friendly, luxurious. Concierge found some picnic blankets we could borrow. Breakfast was yummy and staff were very attentive. Rooms were lovely and impeccable. If it’s in your price range, just book it!

A truly special wedding day
We had our wedding at The Milestone a month ago, with both the ceremony and reception held there, and we have nothing but positive things to say. The team delivered a truly exemplary service, ensuring the day ran smoothly across every stage, from the ceremony to the drinks reception and through to dinner service. In particular, we wanted to mention Emma, who was excellent to work with throughout the year we spent planning the event. She was always prompt in her communication and brilliant at offering practical solutions and thoughtful suggestions, which helped add special details to the wedding. Grant was also instrumental in our decision to choose The Milestone. From the very beginning, when he showed us around the venue, he did so with enthusiasm, warmth and friendliness - qualities that were reflected by all the staff on the day itself. My wife also wanted to note that The Milestone was transparent and upfront about pricing from the start. This was refreshing, as many other venues we considered were not as clear and had hidden fees. That transparency allowed us to manage our budget confidently from the outset. We would highly recommend The Milestone to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Perfect experience
Had an amazing time. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel and room were perfectly clean. The turndown service was a great touch. Plan to stay there again when we return to London.

Not inexpensive but worth it
Great Location and walking neighbourhood, very friendly attentive staff, as an older building few of the rooms are the same but all are updated, very clean, great touches throughout. In short excellent British hospitality. We've stayed in many hotels in Europe, this by far is our favourite in London

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
