Exceptional
We stayed a few nights at the Langham in the residence suite in April. As a family of 5, the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge gave us ample space. The interior of the suite was beautifully designed and in impeccable order. After what felt like a long drive to Sydney, the warm, sunny greeting from Zeke at reception and the smooth check in process helped us to swiftly relax. The children were given colouring books and pencils and had been left biscuits to decorate in our room. The location was perfect for us. The harbour and opera house were within walking distance as well as a great selection of restaurants and bars. A short walk away is a tram stop which got us easily to other sites in the city when the children weren’t up for walking. The Langham would be our first choice if we return to Sydney!

Delight-filled stay
We were greeted with a bunch of balloons, sweet treats of macaroons and cake pops plus a personal note in the room for my daughter's birthday. Staff were accomodating and lovely. Room was impeccable. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location divine. Ammenities were 10 out of 10 - especially heated pool, spa and steam room. Will be back!

Absolutely Outstanding – A Truly Special Stay
We had the best time at The Langham, Sydney. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of sensational—every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed. The attention to detail was impeccable, and nothing was too much trouble. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Best service in Sydney
This hotel is absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and easily the best I’ve experienced in Sydney. The day spa and pool facilities were great, buffet breakfast was SO good and the room was huge, clean and comfortable. I can’t fault my stay! We will be back!

Urban escape
Only issue was the temperature control of rooms was too hot making it difficult to sleep otherwise cannot fault.
