Our family stay at Qasr Al Sarab was nothing short of amazing. The property is absolutely stunning, with every corner picture perfect and set against breathtaking desert views. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Everyone from the concierge and butlers to the restaurant staff and activity team was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A special thank you to Eslan and Victoria, who took such great care of us and made the experience feel personal and memorable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of thoughtful choices for both adults and kids. The excursions were a highlight, especially the EZBA tour for kids, which was fun and educational. The location is serene yet full of discovery, and the entire experience felt effortless and welcoming. We left with wonderful memories!
