What an absolutely beautiful place to stay with so many fabulous experiences. I also planned a designer dinner all private in the desert. I got to plan all the menu with the chef Vinod as i am gluten free and had a private waiter Sidhant. We had the most fabulous time. The manager Chanaka made sure everything was perfectly planned for our birthday celebration. The pools were great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Qasr Al Sarab is one of those rare hotels where the reality somehow manages to exceed the expectations you have before arriving. The location itself is breathtaking. Arriving through the desert and suddenly finding this extraordinary oasis among the dunes is an experience in itself. The architecture, the views, the beautiful pools, the scents throughout the property, the immaculate cleanliness and the overall atmosphere create an incredible sense of peace and escape. You genuinely feel disconnected from everything outside. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a spacious jacuzzi, a lovely private terrace and countless small details that made the stay feel special. Even seemingly minor touches — the pistachio-filled dates on arrival, the water, the evening turndown and room preparation — contribute to the feeling that everything has been carefully considered. I particularly appreciated the swimming pools. Even the water temperature was perfect: refreshing enough for the desert heat without being excessively cold, something that many hotels in hot climates get wrong. It may sound like a small detail, but it makes a real difference when the whole purpose is to relax. The culinary experience was also exceptional, from the variety and quality of breakfast to our dinners. There were wonderful personal touches throughout, including Leo offering us a coffee tasting, which turned something as simple as having a coffee into another memorable part of the stay. But what ultimately made Qasr Al Sarab truly unforgettable was the people. We came here for a very important reason: to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary. The level of care, warmth and personal attention they received exceeded anything I could have imagined. The team did not simply provide excellent five-star service; they made my parents feel genuinely special. Some of the details prepared for their anniversary were so thoughtful that my parents were moved to tears. There was something incredibly sincere about it. It felt less like employees delivering a luxury service and more like people thinking about how they would make the occasion special if they were preparing it for their own parents. That distinction is very difficult to describe, but it is what separates an excellent hotel from an unforgettable one.
