From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed in a VIP way. Ishita took her time to check us in and explained to us all the facilities and villa details. Melina and Asaad were also very helpful and friendly not only during the arrival time but also throughout the stay. We arrived at the perfect timing for a Gahwa lesson, Ayesha was a master of her craft, the way she explained the history of Arabic coffee and the way to make it really shows how passionate she is about it. On the other hand, Arvin did a fantastic job with activities, he made sure that out experience in the property will create lasting memories for us. We opted for the Dune Bashing which was very exciting, Kudos to Shehzhad and Nazir for giving us a thrilling experience. The next day, we had a mouth watering Breakfast, The selection and quality of food was to die for. Many thanks to Mary Love & Leomar for their outstanding service, they really took care of us and made sure we were satisfied. Overall, the stay was short but we wished we had more time off from work to extend thanks to the amazing service we received and the enchanting property that made us forget our worries and live our Aladdin fantasy. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay.

Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara "Our Unforgettable Escape" From the moment we arrived, Qasr Al Sarab felt like stepping onto a movie set, the endless golden dunes of the Rub' al Khali rising around the resort create a scene so cinematic it's hard to believe it's real. Every turn offers another postcard-worthy view, and the isolation only adds to the magic. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the people. Manish Kumar and his team excel at personalising the guest experience, nothing felt scripted or generic. From thoughtful little touches to genuinely warm, attentive service, they made us feel like the only guests in the desert. Between the exceptional accommodation and facilities, the camel treks at sunset, and quiet moments on our terrace watching the dunes shift colour with the light, time truly stands still here. It's rare to find a place that disconnects you so completely from the outside world while indulging you in total luxury. Simply put, this was the best resort experience we have ever had. Thank you to all the staff at Qasr Al Sharab, truely world class service and heart felt hospitality. If you're considering Qasr Al Sarab, don't hesitate go, you will not regret it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. We stayed as a family for 2 nights, 1 night was a prize from a competition and the other we paid for since it is quite a drive. It was so worth it, best decision we made. My wife and I were also celebrating our anniversary and as a really lovely touch we were upgraded. From the time our door was opened on arrival to the time it was closed when we left 2 nights later - everything was amazing. There were few guests given the time of the year but nonetheless, the staff still did their best and all the facilities were in tip top shape. Shout out to Sasha, who was so helpful throughout our stay. Also Shane who served us so well and was helpful with our kids during the breakfasts. My kids and ourselves will never forget "The Palace". Hope to return during a cooler time of the year.

We’ve just returned from Qasr Al Sarab. I rarely write reviews unless I’m pestered into it but this time I genuinely wanted to! I’ve lived in the UAE for 9 years and have done lots of staycations but this was by far the best. It’s one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is incredible. The staff go above and beyond and every little detail is thought of. Sasha in particular was so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a pool room which was stunning. It was spacious, spotless, with a lovely outdoor area and private pool. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options and dishes cooked to order. The location is so peaceful and the sunset was amazing with the dunes in the background. Such a special place!

This resort is the most exotic and beautiful I have ever stayed and I have been to some beautiful resorts. The location in the middle of the desert is beyond words and very peaceful. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Sasha, our concierge set up all our activities and even checked us in and out directly from the Villa we were fortunate enough to stay. She was very personable and made our stay that much more special. I went Dune bashing with Ali (a very fun and knowledgeable driver), who gave me a great tour of the dunes. But be forewarned, it is a wild ride up and down dunes up to 60 meters (almost 200 ft in height). They can do a much tamer ride if you like, but I wanted the “works” tour. Our meals were excellent and we were entertained by the staff regarding their journeys to Qasr Al Sarab from all over the globe and their experiences with the movie trilogy Dune where they filmed their desert scenes. The cast even stayed at this resort. I couldn’t recommend this resort any higher and hope to go back one day.
