Stopped for lunch at their restaurant. Beside the small and not appealing menu, I was not able to eat the steak. As it was extremely Chevy and full of fat, cut improperly and cooked even worse. The pics says it all

We visited El Fenn in April as a couple after hearing so many positive things about the place, but sadly our experience did not live up to the reputation. The venue was extremely busy and service was clearly overwhelmed, we waited a long time for both drinks and food. What made the experience uncomfortable was being asked by the manager to share our table with other guests, which felt inappropriate for this type of establishment. At the same time, staff members appeared stressed and exhausted, and seeing them being spoken to harshly in front of guests created a very unpleasant atmosphere. The design and decor are undeniably beautiful, but good hospitality is about much more than aesthetics.

We stayed at this hotel from April 23 to April 29, 2026, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Let’s start with the basics — or rather, the lack of them. No TV in the room, and unbelievably, no locks on the doors. Their justification? “It’s very safe here.” That is not only unprofessional, it’s absurd. Security is not a “vibe,” it’s a requirement. Expecting guests to sleep in an unlocked room is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there is no elevator in the hotel. For anyone who struggles with stairs, this place is simply a nightmare. Carrying luggage up and down becomes an exhausting and unnecessary burden. Cleanliness was equally appalling. The property feels neglected, and the rooms are clearly not cleaned properly. For a hotel charging these prices, the hygiene standards are frankly embarrassing. Breakfast was another disappointment. The exact same limited menu is served every day, and guests are restricted to choosing only one hot item. Asking for something as simple as a second egg is refused. They are very efficient when it comes to charging premium prices, but suddenly inflexible when it comes to basic hospitality. The situation with taxis is even worse. If you ask the hotel to arrange one, expect to pay two to three times the normal rate. It strongly suggests a commission-based system, which feels exploitative and dishonest. The spa experience was beyond ridiculous. We paid a significant amount expecting a proper experience, only to be taken into a tiny, badly smelling room. One staff member handled both of us — yes, two people — one after the other. Apparently, this is what they call a “hammam.” In reality, it felt like we paid a lot of money just for someone to give us a basic shower. Completely unacceptable. The pools are another disaster — extremely small and visibly dirty. Neither before nor after the spa could we even consider swimming. In fact, no guests were using the pool at all, which says everything. We also tried the rooftop restaurant one evening. The service was poor, but the food was even worse. We left completely unsatisfied. What’s most disappointing is the attitude of the management. When we raised all these issues, there was zero accountability and zero effort to improve the situation. Complete indifference. We made a mistake and wasted a significant amount of money here. Take this as honest advice: please, do not spend your money on this place. You will regret it, just like we did.

Android thisnplace like the plague - since Vanessa Brandon’s hotel was taken over it’s gone down the pan. We went this evening a group of 4 - awful drinks - awful service. Awful food. Most dreadful woman on reception as you arrive - honestly DO not go here
