Hotel was perfect as always! The front desk staff, especially Mahaya was extremely helpful in getting me checked in with a full list of accommodations available to me! Will be back again soon!

The experience was so great. Chris was so helpful and really cared about our stay here. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. Location was really close to everything. Chris recommend some great food spots and was very welcoming and got us checked in early

I need to warn you about a THEFT that happened during my recent stay at the Royal Palm Hotel from April 16 to 18. I was there for a work conference, and I've stayed there before, so I thought it would be safe. However, while I was at the conference on April 17, someone took $100 from my bag that I had left in my room. When I told the front desk, they didn't seem to care at all. They didn't even apologize or try to help me. Then, when the security supervisor, Mr. Mark M. got involved, things got even worse. Instead of helping, he made me feel like I was to blame for not reporting the theft sooner. It was really upsetting. I also sent them an email explaining what had happened, but I never received a response. I've trusted Marriott hotels for a long time, almost 25 years, so this experience really shook me up. To me, this is not only about the monetary loss but rather the vulnerability that I experienced. Thankfully, I only had $100 in my bag. I don't know what would have happened if I had more. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and does something to make sure it doesn't happen again. And I think they owe me an apology and compensation for what happened.

Huge gratitude we bear in our hearts after staying at this property. All has started with a check in experience when Isaac, a front-desk officer, seeing we are traveling with a baby and have tons of luggage has offered even better upgrade to more spacious studio suit. This gave us much more space to accommodate all our belongings. Beyond this very positive and unexpectedly attentive service, the moon and kindness of staff in general were very appealing. It made our last four days in Florida even more memorable and pleasant. All in all you guys make this property far better when the Bonvoy rating proposes! Don’t know maybe you have a new management/ whatsoever keep going this way :) it just make fun staying with you guys:)
