Peppers Seminyak

Our stay at Peppers Seminyak was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private pool and lush tropical gardens created our own peaceful sanctuary, while still being just minutes away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and the beach. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. What truly stood out was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. They made us feel like family, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. As returning guests, this was our 8th stay at Peppers Seminyak, and there's a reason we keep coming back. The exceptional service, genuine hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail make every visit special. Each stay has been memorable, and we always leave looking forward to our next visit. Our adult daughter has a life-threatening peanut allergy, and the kitchen team was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe and comfortable with every meal. Their care, attention, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind, and every member of the team deserves recognition for their exceptional service. 👏👏👏 We highly recommend the cooking class. Our daughter and her boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed learning and preparing traditional Balinese recipes. They were fortunate to have Ming Ming as their instructor, and she made the experience fun, informative, and truly unforgettable. We also enjoyed the In-Villa BBQ on our final night, with Ming Ming as our chef and Astini assisting. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone staying at Peppers Seminyak. We recently stayed at Peppers Seminyak in late May early June 2026 and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special mention must go to the management and reservations team, who were incredibly understanding and accommodating when we needed to reschedule our trip due to a death in the family. Their compassion, flexibility and professionalism during a difficult time were genuinely appreciated. Our villa ( 3BR Presidential) was spacious, private and very quiet, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The private pool was excellent, and both the villa and surrounding grounds were immaculately maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and everything was consistently clean, tidy and well presented. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding. The breakfast team were always friendly, welcoming and attentive, while the meals we enjoyed during our stay were of a very good standard. Reception and guest services were equally impressive, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever required. The location is good, being approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. The complimentary shuttle service is a great feature, providing on-demand transport to Seminyak Square and the main shopping and dining areas of Seminyak, making it easy to get around without needing a taxi. Peppers is not the cheapest accommodation option in Seminyak, however we felt the quality of the villas, service and overall experience justified the price. Being an ALL Accor member also helped offset the cost and added additional value to the stay with discounts on the accomodation, meals, drinks and Spa. Overall, Peppers Seminyak delivered exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing, comfortable and well-managed holiday with excellent service, beautiful accommodation and a genuinely caring team. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful villa-style stay in Seminyak.

We had our wedding here in May and it couldn’t have been better. The location is so convenient in the heart of the city, but when you’re in there it feels like a sanctuary. All the staff were AMAZING and made sure our wedding went exactly how we wanted, with no stress! The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service was incredible. Highly recommend anyone who is thinking of booking the wedding package to do it, it is the absolute best value for what you get. It went way beyond our expectations. Can’t wait to come back some day

We visited Pepper's in March with our wider family and can say the team at the hotel were hands down probably the friendliest hosts we've ever had at a resort/hotel. We travel quite often and can’t say we’ve had more friendly (day in day out) customer service. Especially Ketut, Satya and Astini. We will definitely like to come back some time. The resort was very nice and had great amenities and it’s not too far to walk to the main road. The gym is great and the cold plunge is great too!

Peppers was amazing - excellent facilities. We stayed as a family in the 4 bedroom villa. The staff at Peppers were beyond incredible- they could not be more friendly and helpful and they made the stay that much more amazing.
