Reviews for The Signature at MGM Grand

The price of a room here does not warrant the bare minimum that you get here.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. My company booked my stay through the Cisco Live conference process, and somehow only part of the hotel stay had been paid. That was not clearly communicated ahead of time, which created an avoidable issue at check-in. My admin sent over the authorization form, and I called the hotel the morning it was sent. I was told I was good to go for the remainder of my stay. However, when I arrived back at the hotel several hours later with my family, we could not get into our room. Naturally, I was concerned about why this was happening and whether our luggage was still secure in the room. When I went to the front desk, the employee assisting me said I needed a replacement key because my previous key was no longer valid. That may have been true, but no one had told me this earlier, including when I called that same morning. The issue was explained in a patronizing way, and my concern about my family’s luggage was dismissed. Thankfully, our luggage was still there, but that does not excuse the way the situation was handled. The room itself was okay: standard, bare bones, and nothing special. The TV was frustrating because my Fire Stick would not work, and the input button appeared to be disabled on both the remote and the TV. The room also did not have enough towels for a family of four. When we asked for three more towels, staff seemed unsure if they even had enough, which felt unreasonable for a hotel at this price point. There was also no fan in the bathroom, and the walls seemed thin. The valet staff were excellent, very courteous, and easily one of the better parts of the stay. The hotel was also quieter than other hotels, which I did appreciate while traveling with family. Overall, the experience felt bare bones and just good enough. I might stay again only because the hotel was quiet, but the poor communication, dismissive service, and lack of attention to basic room details were disappointing. For the price, I expected better service and a smoother experience. I hope this feedback helps other travelers, especially those booking through a conference or company process.

Everything in one spot

Very clean large room with a great view of the Sphere. Everything you need is at this resort. You don't even need to leave if you don't want to.

Parking full by 8p each night

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Stayed at the The Signature at MGM Grand and overall the suites themselves were fine, but there were several operational issues that significantly impacted the stay. The biggest issue was VALET PARKING. While it's free, 2 out of 3 nights valet was full by 8p and we had to park at MGM Grand which is a 2 mile walk and was not reimbursed the $25/night fee. Management is an AI bot and offers no resolution - DO NOT STAY HERE - it is not worth the inconvenience.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
