From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail reflected genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. A very special thank you to Peachy, who continuously checked on us throughout our stay, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her attentiveness, kindness, and sincere care made us feel truly valued as guests. At Rum Chapel Restaurant, Noom and Oh delivered service that went far beyond expectations. They served us with so much warmth and genuine affection, and their wonderful personalities made every dining experience memorable. Their first-class service, attention to detail, and positive energy were simply outstanding. We would also like to thank Masaya and Adi at Z Bar. They elevated our entire experience with their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to create such a welcoming atmosphere. Every visit to the bar was a highlight of our stay. Finally, meeting Nils, the General Manager, helped us understand the secret behind this remarkable resort. His leadership is clearly reflected in the positive attitude, dedication, and happiness of the entire team. It is rare to see such a strong culture of genuine hospitality, and it made all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Naka Island for creating such an unforgettable experience. It was an amazing experience the staff are really friendly and professional Thanks to poli she was really friendly and helpful The hotel was really nice and luxuries I hope I came in deferent season so I can enjoy the place more as it is a rainy season For sure I will be visiting this place once again .

Our driver picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the marina in about 40 minutes. We checked into the resort at the marina in about 10 minutes then we were put on a private boat for a 5 minute crossing. A buggy driver drove us to the main resort area with a stop for us to hit the gong to ward off the island's dragon and to make a wish. We sat by the pool while our room was being prepared. A staff member came and found us to take us to our room for around 11 am which I think is excellent considering we landed at 8 am. The leaving procedure was just as efficient. Every member of staff was exceptional. The food was at the highest level. The grounds and the views were spectacular. I cannot fault any aspect of my experience. I can recommend the Zbar for its location. I enjoyed a walk out of the resort to have a wander around the village. I also particularly appreciated the laid back ambiance of the sauna and steam room area. For breakfast beef massaman curry was a revelation.

Amazing Honeymoon Stay at The Naka Island We arrived yesterday evening for our honeymoon, and so far our experience at The Naka Island has been absolutely outstanding. Location: Beautiful island setting with a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds, yet still very accessible from Phuket. Atmosphere: Relaxing, luxurious, and incredibly welcoming. The resort has the perfect balance of tranquility and tropical paradise. Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything feels private and thoughtfully designed. Value: Excellent value considering the level of service, quality of the facilities, and overall experience. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The entire property, including our room and common areas, has been spotless. Noise Level: Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island atmosphere. Service: This is where The Naka Island truly shines. Every team member has been warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. We especially want to thank Bank, Oh, Noom, Gof, and Ten for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality has been exceptional. We became friends with the bartenders almost immediately, and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness, generosity, and positive energy have made a huge impact on our experience. Amenities: Excellent facilities, beautiful pools, great dining options, and fantastic bars. Everything has exceeded our expectations. Even though we’ve only been here a short time, The Naka Island has already made a lasting impression on us. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special getaway in Phuket, and we look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay.
