Good hotel, but need some improvements.
The hotel was good, but it has some cons. But let's start from the good things - our lagoon villa was spacious and well-designed. Pools were regularly cleaned, generally the cleaning service was on really high level. Food was delicious, buffet restaurant offered a wide range of food from different parts of the world, both for the breakfasts and dinners. I'd also recommend to visit the hotel's Balinese restaurant for an interesting and enjoyable experience. (they perform there every evening a balinese dance show, which is really worth to see in my opinion) I don't know if every room in the hotel has it, but our villa had a butler service - every time we've encountered a problem, the butler came and solved it. The beached was cleaned regularly, and the staff managed the sunbeds well - there was no chaos and everyone who wanted could find a sunbed. We would like to especially thank Katya - when we had any question concerning our stay, we could go to her and she always calmly explained everything. Also, The older man who played every morning the instrument at the reception desk also brightened the guest's day with his smile! Can't forget also about the staff in the buffet restaurant - They were always really kind and welcoming. However, we were very disappointed with the SPA - me and my parents went for the Balinese massage to relax. Although the parent's therapists were informed about the sunburns they had, they must have ignored it - the massage drastically worsened my mums condition (but previously we were assured, that the massage won't be dangerous, and that it will be beneficial for her sunburns). Dad didn't enjoy the massage - it was nothing special. The SPA staff also seems to be "artificial" nice - We've been previously to Mandapa Ubud and there, the SPA was completely on another level. Another con is that hotel was practically dead after 6 PM - the bar was always empty, there were no activities for adults except the live music in the bar (which was always empty as I previously mentioned, maybe because it looked like it was closed from the outdoor?) Overall We really enjoyed our stay, and I'd recommend this hotel if you want to sunbath or do some watersports, but being honest it doesnt't have anything special, that could differ it from other hotels

Superb and lovely staff
This place is just brilliant. From everything to the rooms, service, facilities, and food. First, the rooms, me and my family booked interconnecting rooms to which we thought were great. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom and a pleasant balcony view, just to name a few. Second, the food and service, the food in all restaurants were excellent. Kayuputi, the fine-dining restaurant, had unique and brilliant food to offer so it is a must-try. Boneka is just as good but in the morning or when it gets quite busy, they may give what you ordered to another table or try to give what another table ordered to you This hotel boasts a private beach, gym, saltwater lagoon pool, freshwater pool, and even fire dances that happen in the evening! However, there were some people who we thought were super friendly at the hotel. Ngurah, our butler, always offered to help us whether we needed to put clothes in the laundry or arrange snorkeling visits across Bali. Gede, one of the rindik players, we thought was always playing that thing and looked like he never got bored. He also put cute flowers in our ears and therefore, we thought he did his job fantastically. Septi, the chef doing chocolate rolls in the buffet, we thought produced some exceptional food for us, on top of that, she was very nice and we feel like we got to know her on a personal level. Didik and Awan, both at boneka restaurant, we thought provided warm and attentive service. Didik even gave us bracelets that show spiritual protection! Last but not least, Wisnu, the beach worker, we thought Wisnu always had a smile on his face, he told us what he wanted to do once he gets enough money, and he even told us about his family, this man deserves the world and I want him to change his dreams.

You all made our stay memorable
The best resort in Bali. And the nicest staff we've ever encountered, without exception. We were able to spend 10 days in this paradise and didn't regret a second. Perfect. Thank you for this unforgettable vacation. And a tip for all future visitors: treat yourself to all the restaurants; they are all excellent. The entire complex is incredibly well-maintained. Impressive
My short stay at St. Regis Bali was definitely unforgettable. It is a gorgeous Resort with everything you will need for a perfect beach holiday in the Nusa Dua area of Bali. The rooms are modern with a Balinese touch, comfortable with a bed that made me sleep well. My morning walks on the beach to see the sunrise were peaceful and just simply gorgeous. I appreciate the attentive service of butler Antara although very young, was very eager to take care of everything. Senior butler Karba and Tin who took care of all my friend’s needs in their Villa and made her birthday special, many thanks. Also would like to commend Chandra and Marcella from Front Office team for the work ethic and professionalism they showed at such a young age. Had some unfortunate events during this stay but with the St. Regis Bali’s team from the Butlers and Duty Managers care and quick initiative, didn’t feel like I had any at all. Very impressive hospitality in a resort with a wonderful spa, relaxing beach and a superb breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back.

A 6-star experience
Wow... where do I even start? I've been to many 5 star hotels (and some who think are 5 stars lol) but the St Regis Bali exceeded all expectations. The butler service was amazing. They were very attentive and helpful at all times. We stayed at the garden villa with a private pool and it was amazing. We used most of the facilities and everything was fantastic: beach bar, swimming pools, restaurants, spa... I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.
