The St. Regis Singapore

I was served by Reann during check in. She was very professional and nice, and upgraded me to the next category of room and gave me late checkout till 4pm. It is good to be a platinum elite Marriott Bonvoy member. There is also butler service which we had complimentary cafe latte service to our room upon check in and the next morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, I actually prefer the lower category room because the bathroom was more convenient which is next to the bed. We had dim sum at Yan Ting the next morning. As usual the food was yummy and service was very good. The concierge was friendly and very helpful. I always choose to do a staycation at St Regis and at least once a year, and it is always a fabulous experience!

My first time staying at the St. Regis in Singapore and it did not disappoint! Starting with the initial greeting and all throughout the stay until I left, Gobi was there with a contagious warm smile and nothing but a sincere welcome. Seeing him everyday made each day better! My housekeeper Kim set my room up perfectly everyday and it was always a joy to come back to such a clean and tidy room, she wa the real MVP of my trip. I would comeback not only for the beautiful property but because the staff was such a pleasure!

We arrived at the St. Regis after spending 5 days in the Maldives. We were exhausted as we had a red eye flight and were hoping to at least drop our bags with the concierge. Our check in was easy and after seeing how tired we were, efforts were made to let us access the room early. Some of us went to sleep immediately while others walked around to try and stay awake and not end up awake all night. Service was exceptional and staff were very attentive and caring. We are a group of four in our family and we all enjoyed the spa and had excellent massage treatments. The breakfast was excellent with so many options it was hard to decide what to choose. The hotel was being decorated for the holidays and it was especially festive. We were able to walk to wonderful shopping areas. I would definitely book here again.
