A wondeful hotel nestled in the national park. Once you walkthrough reception you are hit with an ubelievable view of trees that go as far as the eye can see. In the centre is a watering hole where you will find a variety of animals living in and around it. Our room had an ideal view of the vegetation, split over 2 floors with a private balcony area. The restaurant and bar provide a good selection of drinks and food along with buffet and hot breakfast. The staff are great, happy to chat and engage in conversation. The hotel is about 10min drive to the Victoria Falls Town, a courtesy bus is provided from the hotel based on a schedule, however a taxi will go in either direction for $10USD.

We loved everything about this resort. The rooms have beautifully themed African decor with great views of the watering hole. The restaurant was wonderful - having breakfast while watching the animals was the perfect start to every day. And enjoying a drink at the bar while watching the sunset was an experience I’ll never forget. We also loved walking around the grounds with the wart hogs & the monkeys!

This elevated lodge commands a view over a private reserve and there is always something to see. A live web-cam affords remote access to shenanigans at the water hole. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds, with private balconies. It is so very quiet and restful. Each day at 13:00 one is able to watch at close proximity how endangered vultures are able to feed on a snack of offal, but safe from poison left by poachers or farmers. Vultures are the barrier between us and some very nasty diseases - they deserve our support.

Relaxation and Calm from the moment you arrive at this outstanding Spa - an absolute hidden gem about 4km from Victoria Falls central. Absolutely world class facilities blending perfectly into natural surrounds. Something for all the senses - I felt as if I was walking amongst the clouds at the end of my massage. Brilliant. Best therapists, best products, best Spa!! Well done.

This was the final leg of our trip to South Africa and was, in many ways, a fitting climax for a memorable vacation. An extremely warm welcome was provided on arrival and a bottle of champagne in the room to celebrate a birthday. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, with the food of high quality. The view from our room and the bar and restaurant was sublime and the binoculars were very useful to determine the visitors to the watering hole. The only gripe was the cleanliness of the verandah - we requested that it was cleaned but this did not materialise unfortunately. Despite this, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
