What an amazing experience. Our stay at the Waldorf was nothing short of spectacular. No buyers remorse here. Tre from the outside pool was the staff highlight of our trip. Our family recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria, along with my brother and his family, and we were absolutely impressed from start to finish. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with exceptional attention to detail, luxury, and quality throughout the entire property. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by every team member we encountered—from the valet attendants and doormen to the front desk staff and housekeeping team. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you goes to Andrea at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on our family.
