Reviews for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore

Outstanding experience at the Wynn

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Booked a king room at the Wynn tower for an anniversary getaway via Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts and when we arrived we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a view of the pool, golf course and the Sphere. Gorgeous suite. Service was impeccable. 5+ stars. Staff was great and were clearly very well trained. Exceptional hotel. Enjoyed the pool, my wife enjoyed a massage at the spa and I played golf which was amazing. First class all the way. We enjoyed breakfast at Tableau. Also tried the buffett but while lots of offerings, its too much and we'd rather have a quieter breakfast at Tableau.

Very impressive hotel especially in Vegas where they charge for everything

Wynn is quite a step up from its Nearby luxury. Hotel The grounds are beautiful and overall hotel is very well laid out where you are not walking all over the place to get to your destination They provide the best amenity kit amongst the luxury hotels.

⭐ – A 20-Year Relationship Ends Here

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

After more than 20 years as loyal Wynn guests — visiting multiple times a year — this last stay was so disappointing that we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. The Wynn lost a 20-year client on this trip, and I want other guests to know exactly why. Check-In: A Study in Contradiction Check-in is listed at 3:00 PM. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. When I raised this at the front desk, the agent informed me — with zero empathy — that 3:00 PM is merely when check-in begins, not a guarantee that your room will be ready. Interesting policy. Because checkout at noon works very differently: that one is hard and fast. Apparently the “begins at” logic only applies in the hotel’s favor. The Front Desk: Indifferent at Best, Rude at Worst The front desk agent during check-in was dismissive and clearly unbothered by the fact that we’d been waiting two and a half hours. No apology, no effort to make it right. The assistant manager, Natasha, was equally unhelpful — her big solution was to try to get us a quieter room next time we stay. We’ll see if Natasha follows through on that hollow promise. There is no next time. The Golf Course Room: Sleep Deprivation as an Amenity We were placed in a golf course view room — which, as it turns out, is directly adjacent to the nightclub. Bass and loud music until 4:00 AM. Then they begin sound-testing for the next night at 6:00 AM. Two hours of silence, if you’re lucky. It’s genuinely like a CIA sleep deprivation tactic. If you value rest, do not accept a golf course view room under any circumstances. The Bottom Line Las Vegas has exciting new options, and we’ll be exploring them. The Wynn had 20 years of our loyalty and goodwill — and threw it away with indifference and a 5:30 PM check-in. Deeply disappointing.

Very nice rooms

Stayed one night, just to relax from work. I loved my room and the service. Food was a bit overpriced, so not too happy about that. I went to gamble that night and I had so much fun with my dealer Kevin. He was very entertaining.

Luxury in Vegas

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Vegas! The Wynn is pure luxury from start to finish. The hotel and casino just have a high end feel to them. Our spacious room had impeccable cleanliness, maybe the most spotless room ever. The maid service was fantastic. Every detail was thought about and it gave it a luxury atmosphere. This was our first time here and we can’t wait to repeat.

We would not have stayed at Encore had we known that it is much smaller and most of what we did was on the Wynn side of the property. Food cart in the hallway, not ours, sat for hours and hours- not what I'd expect from this property. The Wynn staff at the pool for our umbrella was much more attentive than the Encore staff for the umbrella.

The spa was outstanding. Great meal at Mizumi and OK meal at Sinatra.
