Is this the best hotel in the would,well since its opening in 1999 the fabric off the building has stood the test off time they must spend so much time on maintance you still get that wow when you enter. What really makes this hotel standout are the staff,yes the suites are way above most but its how you get looked after,food is first class facilites and transport fantastic,but let me say this in a hotel of this calibre if you order a mint or ginger tea you would expect it to be made with fresh ingredients not a flavoured tea bag,especially in this part off the world ?

We had an unforgettable family visit to the Burj Al Arab in February. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The architecture is breathtaking, and the interiors are pure luxury. Our kids loved the experience as much as we did—especially the personalized touches. If you want to feel special then afternoon tea he is for you, stunning views along the coast and city in the distance, the staff make you feel like royalty, nothing is to much trouble, take your time, relax and enjoy, overindulge yourself for an afternoon 😊

Unlike any other hotel! Every single ‘room’ has two storeys, a jacuzzi tub, incredible full length windows with views over the sea, the palm or downtown Dubai and private butler service. The service was flawless from being welcomed at reception (only guests are allowed in so it feels very exclusive) to having the lifts called for you and a butler open your room for you - a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay here

My favorite day of the year is March 8 because I get to travel to Dubai. I always get super excited and this year, I am very thrilled to mark this significant milestone. You see I have a birthday tradition, and it all started here, at the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in 2015, exactly 10 years ago. It brings me so much joy and happiness knowing that I have been able to celebrate my birthdays with my parents and with some of my best friends in the world. The sense of peace I feel when I arrive here is absolutely priceless and the memories are indeed timeless. I especially would like to thank Mr. Ahmad Mohamad for the wonderful hospitality and generosity. I would also like to thank Mr. Ismail Gharib for excellent service during all these years. Thank you to the whole team at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab for the attention to details and all the amazing WOW/MOMENTS during my stay and for all the lovely conversations. I truly feel delighted and I sincerely look forward to continue my birthday tradition for years to come.
