Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection

We took 30 family members and friends for a beach wedding that included a nine month old through a 78-year-old. Our stay was for seven days and was very comfortable. Most of the rooms had beachfront access, but no direct access into the water. There was a large pool and a small pool, both of which had good furniture and shade. We elected to do an all-inclusive. The restaurants were very nice, and the food was very good. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and well spoken from the maintenance person to the front desk to the wait staff, the hosekeepers and the bartenders. We especially remember Eric, our porter, Kaylinn, our great bartender, and our servers, Mini and Johny, each of whom called us by name from the outset and provided exceptional service. We can highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a laid back, relaxing vacation.

Let me start by saying my family and I travel every year to different countries and this year our group had 24 persons in total. Belize is a beautiful country hands down but the Alaia Resort hands-down was exceptional from Eric Mendez our front desk porter, to the phenomenal views of the resort, the different restaurants the resort offered that I can say the food was delicious at each one. I can honestly say Belize owes us nothing.

My stay at Alaia Belize was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. The food, amenities, and overall atmosphere made for a wonderful vacation experience. A special thank you to Eric, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. His exceptional customer service truly stood out and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. I highly recommend Alaia Belize to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to returning in the future!

Great 8 day stay at Alaia! Eric welcomed us warmly and helped us throughout the trip along with the front desk and concierge. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family with teenagers. Rooms are well taken care of with essentials in the kitchen to cook, cool AC, pools were wonderful with plenty of towels and pool service was superb. All restaurants were great and loved having Moises as a waiter. The Belezian night buffet was a great highlight while the kids enjoyed pizza. There was some sargassum but the hotel took care of it daily and great care of the beach. Enjoyed the gym and filtered water as well

This was our second stay at Alaia, and it absolutely did not disappoint. There is just something about San Pedro that keeps pulling us back, and Alaia has become a big part of that. We visited a little over a year ago, and coming back felt like returning to a place that already felt like home. One of the highlights was seeing Eric again. He is hands down one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. Every interaction with him was genuine, and he consistently went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional. Alaia is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Eric on their team. I also want to recognize Francisco and Marcos from the security team. They are true professionals and some of the friendliest people you'll meet. Their presence gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay, and they always greeted us with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or heading into town. The staff across the property consistently deliver a level of service that keeps us coming back. We've traveled to a lot of places, but Alaia continues to hold a special place in our hearts. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
