Wonderful Stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. All priori communication prior to arrival and then upon check in was perfect. So accommodating, helpful and kind. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a beautiful room planned and it was still upgraded to an apartment with a food gift. Champagne offered on arrival, and Carly/late check in became available too. So lucky with the whole booking. The staff are all really great and we were impressed with the overall experience. Thank you so much for making our trip a real delight-we would certainly stay again next time we visit Amsterdam! Huge thanks to all the team!

Another very good stay
Another very good stay in a junior suite . Recently updated it was well decorated ,good furniture and a very comfortable bed . Luxurious bathroom with standalone bathtub plus shower and ample large towels. Staff are very professional and attentive to detail especially the welcoming door staff .

Luxury Hotel In Amsterdam
There aren’t many places throughout the world where we’d say that everything was actually perfect throughout our stay, but that certainly was the case with Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, our room was spectacular, upgraded I’m sure due to our Accor status; but I gained the distinct impression that the objective of everyone at this hotel is to ensure that every one of their guests are made to feel as special as we were. The garden area is very relaxing for a snack and a drink, and the two in-house restaurants are simply superb; again with every staff member ensuring that everything was just perfect. It goes without saying this is the only place we will be staying in Amsterdam.

Great hotel with lovely staff - the dinner at the restaurant was lovely - superb food . My only complaint would be the soap/ shampoo dispensers in the room were not working had to open the bottles to get any

The Sofitel Grand was an ok property. Upon check, I asked about an upgrade, if available, (per your website), they said they gave me an upgrade to a canal view. A very small dark room. Not at all what I expected, a true disappointment!
