Staying here few times now and this was the first time that I had stayed for almost a week. Glad to see the executive lounge team as always and like the title said it all, this is not just a mere stay for me but like a reunion with friends! A long list of names that could be shared here from the lovely team that been a great care for me throughout the stay! Cha, April, Pla, Rose, Tewly, PJ, Ziggy, Topaz, Nina and the great team led by Gift, Mihwa and Nut!! Chatting about how they spent their off days all the way to their future vacation planning! They remembered my past drinks preferences and ensuring throughout the day during my working hours, I had my coffees ready! What can I say more except the wonderful team here really made the stay memorable and definitely returning! Returning to meet my fellow friends 😊 Besides the executive lounge team, this time I got to spend a bit more time in the hotel, so during noon I would take a walk around the 7th floor, I never thought there would be such a spacious and greenery landscape in a city hotel! Thanks to Nong as well to share me some background on the herbs garden, it’s indeed farm to table here using their homegrown herbs Last but not least, this was a pleasant surprise! Upon checking out, I had an hour to spend and was hesitant if to leave for the airport directly or to spend sometime at the diplomat bar so i asked the FO staff, Natty, for her suggestion and the pleasant surprise was that she went to prepare me a complimentary drink and snack voucher for me to enjoy the hour! Following with that, I wasn’t aware that the voucher can only be used from 5pm onwards but after the diplomat bar team learnt that I would need to leave at 4pm, they were kind enough to allowing me to enjoy the voucher in advance What can I say more! All in all, the service mindset, attitude, their personalities, you felt all sincerity from them and each visits just made me feel all the warmth inside! Definitely looking forward to staying again and seeing the team soon!!!

I was there for the business and had back to back meetings . I had couple of hours free in the evening and I booked a Spa session and I had Khun One as therapist ; she was excellent and booked a follow appointment following day . Thank you Khun One . My left hand and shoulder which was totally frozen for last 6 months it’s so much better .. every time I am in Bangkok definitely would look for her . She is an absolute asset to the property .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and I’d especially like to highlight K. Natty for her outstanding hospitality. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every detail was well taken care of, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

The overall experience here at the Conrad /Bangkok was amazing from check in to check out. Great services all round from the receptionist to spa workers, Prikwan was very helpful during my stay making sure me and my partner had a delightful stay. I’d highly recommend staying if you have the chance

The quality of the service, from the check in to the breakfast team to room service. Everything was amazing. Vivian, Geme, and Joy, to name a few of the staff, were incredible and went above and beyond. That could be said of everyone at the hotel! Thanks so much for a great experience.
