Exceptional Service at the Club Lounge – Jommy & Martin Shine!
As a Platinum for Life member, I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding hospitality at the Le Méridien Bangkok Surawong Club Lounge. Jommy is an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff member who truly goes above and beyond. His excellent service, warm personality, and attention to guest needs made our time in the lounge exceptionally pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to great customer service. Martin, the Club Lounge Manager, also made a strong impression with his professionalism and calm presence. The lounge operates seamlessly under his leadership, and together with Jommy, they create a comfortable, first-class experience that’s both personal and refined. A heartfelt thank you to both Jommy and Martin for making our stay memorable. Their service is a true reflection of the quality and care we’ve come to expect from the Marriott brand.

Friendly service and excellent caring!
Superb service by the lounge staff! K.jommy is always my favorite. He recognized me and curated the excellent service. Martin and Nanda were very attentive. Definitely the great lounge to enjoy evening in Bangkok. Definitely recommend to experience the lounge here if there’s any chance.

Good Hotel with Excellent Service
Enjoy my stay at Le Meridian Bangkok very much. Especially every moments at the club lounge. Whether it’s for breakfast, afternoon tea or happy hour at the lounge. The service staff Martin, Pio and Alex are very friendly and provide very good service. Also receive good service from Chok from the poolside.
