1st class Hotel.
Absolutely beautiful stay, bedrooms, breakfast, roof top bar and welcome team all 1st class. Hotel was spotless and great value. Great hotel in brilliant location. Would definitely return. I didn't get everyone's name, but Kao/Tow/Natty were fabulous!

World class spa
The spa at the Sofitel is world class. Luxuriously appointed and spotlessly clean. Noom gave me an excellent massage and Bovie, the manager, was warm and efficient. Highly recommended. The hotel is well connected to the BTS so is easy to get to.

2025 กลับมาพักในรอบ3ปี ครั้งที่แล้วให้5ดาว แต่ตอนนี้เปิดเต็มรูปแบบแล้ว ห้องรีโนเวทแล้ว ใช้ ipad สั่งงานแต่ใช้งานพวกyoutupeไม่ค่อยได้ค้าง ห้องอาหาร Le Macaron เลือกอาหารไทย ผัดไทยกุ้ง 490 กุ้งใหญ่จานใหญ่ รสชาติพอไหว ชุดอาหารไทย 410 สะเต๊ะน้ำสะเต๊ะ ไม่ผ่าน ย่างมาไหม้ น้ำสะเต๊ะเค็มนำเค็มตาม ยำส้มโอก็เหมือนกัน เค็มมาก ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่ต้องจ่าย รสชาติแอบผิดหวัง breakfast ตอนนี้ให้ดีจริงๆทั้งชั้นคลับ และชั้น2 Sera คลับให้ Salmon เลยเบอร์1 ส่วนชั้น2 น้ำผลไม้สดแยกกาก อาหารไทย ข้าวต้มทะเล กุ้งหมึกจัดเต็ม ไก่ทอดก็มา ส่วนการบริการแอบให้ชั้น2 มาถึงเรียกชื่อด้วย ดูกระฉับเฉิงพร้อมบริการมากกว่าที่คลับ พนักงานน้อยเกิน อันนี้มีข้อเปรียบเทียบชัดๆ ไม่ใช่ที่คลับบริการไม่ดี แต่ตรงส่วนอื่นอย่าง Front พนักงานชั้น1 หรือที่ Sera Service Mind มาเต็ม afternoon tea - evening cocktail อาหารใช้ได้เลย รสชาติดีจัดจ้าน แต่เครื่องดื่มส่วนตัวยังชงไม่ผ่านเหมือนเดิม afternoon มีมาการอง3รส เลม่อนอร่อย ทาร์ตข้าวโพดก็อร่อบ evening มีแซลม่อน แกงกระหรี่เนื้อ ปอเปี๊ยชีส ซูชิ เติมเรื่อยๆ มีเปลี่ยนเมนูด้วย แต่ที่ชอบมากคือ Raisin Cheese Cake คือดีมาก ออเดอร์ผิด ออเดอร์ซ้ำ ออเดอร์หายไปเลยก็มีอันนี้แอบไม่เข้าใจ เห็นสั่งออเดอร์ผ่านipadไม่ได้จดใส่กระดาษ

Kindness with an umbrella to help a tourist
Kind concierge Khaow helped me get out of the rain with an umbrella. I was on my way to a hotel in a near by street and it was pouring with rain. K.khaow offered me an umbrella and was assured I would return it. Very grate for the kindness which is a notable quality of thai people, but not something that we should take for granted.

The Best
The staff are great from the Concierge staff K.Tui and K. Tri, plus the rest of the staff who you meet when you arrive, need to go somewhere and they will help you. The rooms are good bed's make you sleep like a baby :) The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner staff are always helpful It's my home away from home
