We loved our stay here last night ! We celebrated my bday as a family and Nick at the desk greeted us when we got into the hotel and later sent our room cupcakes and prosecco ! Soooo kind and it made our night . We are coming back next year for sure !

The rooms were lovely and spacious with great views of Kenmore. The T stop is right around the corner from the hotel which is very convenient. The staff were all kind and helpful and the aesthetic was very refined.

Our stay at Hotel Commonwealth was absolutely amazing! We were accommodated with an early check-in, which made our trip start off perfectly. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The front desk team was outstanding—friendly, professional, attentive, and truly on point throughout our stay. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The combination of exceptional service, great accommodations, and attention to detail made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Commonwealth to anyone visiting Boston!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for such a wonderful stay and recognize several members of your staff who made our visit so memorable. I originally became familiar with Hotel Commonwealth after winning a one-night stay that had been donated to a fundraiser, but after booking additional rooms for my mother, brother, and son, we ended up staying four nights in two rooms and one additional night in another room. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. This was my first stay at the hotel, and it was especially meaningful because I lived in Brookline as a child and had not spent much time back in the area for quite awhile. Being back brought a sense of nostalgia, and your hotel made the trip feel incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Every member of your staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Kabir at the front entrance was so kind and welcoming from the start, and Bianca, Calvin, and Jeff all went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It always felt like any question or request would be handled with care and a smile. A company is only as good as its people, and your team is truly outstanding. Beyond the beautiful hotel itself, what really stood out was the level of hospitality and the feeling that guests are genuinely cared for. It made our stay feel relaxing, easy, and special from beginning to end. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning in the future.

The very best place we have stayed in the past 10 years, not only in the US but in the world. Staff cannot be beat anywhere. Rooms excellent. Very accessible for wheelchair users. Awareness of my feather allergy. Highly recommend!!
