The staff are wonderful and deserve nothing but praise. However, my room must have been near a loading dock. I heard trash (including bottles) being moved before 0500–so, it was extremely noisy. Otherwise, the room was fine (clean and comfortable), but the bathroom was awful. The shower was ridiculously small. Indeed, this feature made this one of the worst hotel rooms (in terms of design) I have ever experienced.

Historic location in downtown Boston. Parking and unloading can be tough. The lobby is amazing. Rooms are very small. Restaurants typically require and wait and will be tough to get into with parties 4 or more. Very busy and touristy. Nice, but would not stay again for the price.

Wonderful hotel with old world charm with modern amenities right in the heart of Boston. Stayed overnight for a concert at the garden and it was an easy walk to everything. Don't miss the chowder at the Last Hurrah...Staff from the valet to housekeeping is friendly and helpful...definitely 5 stars!

Arriving at the Omni without a reservation, my stay began before I even left my car. The doorman was very informative, welcoming and was genuinely happy to give me tips and tricks to the city. Once inside, I was amazed with the atmosphere. Even late at night, there was a calm hustle-and-bustle and the building is beautiful. The young man at check-in managed to get me into one of my dream rooms (303), gave me a couple water bottles, a card for a complimentary drink and a printout of the... history. The room is nestled in the corner and arranged and decorated very comfortably. The bathroom was simple, yet stylish. I experienced thee burts of light from the area near the window that overlooks some sort of outside corridor. They were unexplained but not bothersome. Often, there was an extremely faint sound, similar to a noise machine, that was barely noticeable, got slightly louder (still barely noticeable) and then stopped. During the night, there was a small group of overly excited guests in the hallway. I assume they used the stairs, although I never heard them exit or enter a different room. Besides that, the room was very quiet and I enjoyed my stay. The checkout process is very simple and they held my luggage while I explored the city. It is worth taking the time to photograph the lobby and other public areas. I got some great shots. My stay at the Omni was perfect and I would 100% recommend!
