Once again we had the best family time at the residence. Monserrat was our butler and was outstanding as usual. I first had Monty about 5 years ago in vista and have requested her every year since except of course last year she was a little busy. She is professional and responds quickly to our needs. I highly recommend her.

Splendid Stay at The Residences at the Hacienda Encantada
The Residences are a fantastic Mexican luxury experience. We had a butler named Daniel that attended to our every need and made our trip of 3 ladies wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We had our own pool and hot tub which were clean and the perfect temperature.

Another week in paradise
Where do I begin? The Residences at Hacienda never disappoint. Every moment spent is perfection. Our butler Monse is exceptional…she goes above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. She makes all of our reservations and also gives us ideas that we always thank our lucky stars for. She’s a rockstar!

Wonderful experience
Our vacation was excellent. The staff was top notch. They are definitely service oriented. The resort and the villas are beautiful! My family and I will definitely be back. Our room attendant, Jazmin was so nice and helpful. We really appreciate her.
