I was also pleased to see the Green Star certification and the environmental and sustainability initiatives that demonstrate your commitment to protecting our planet. Allow me to express my deepest thanks to Mr. Michael from the Reservations Team, who made a wonderful first impression of your esteemed hotel. He was very patient and demonstrated genuine empathy while assisting us in resolving an issue with the Bonvoy app, which was successfully resolved. Samer from Reception provided an excellent check-in experience with a warm smile and exceptional efficiency—it took only two minutes! He clearly explained everything we might need during our stay and kindly offered us a room next to the one we had during our last visit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. It was also a pleasure to see him again during our check-out, which was equally smooth and quick. The room was ready upon arrival, with a baby cot and extra bed already arranged. It was very clean, well-prepared, and pleasantly fresh. I would also like to commend your excellent housekeeping standards. Special thanks to Nada and Ahmed, who were outstanding—always well-groomed, smiling, and highly professional. Breakfast remains our favorite part of the day. As always, the variety was excellent—fresh, clean, and beautifully presented, with a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely view. The staff made it even more special. We were pleasantly surprised when Ms. Amal recognized us and even remembered our daughters. Her warm welcome truly made us feel at home. Everyone in the restaurant demonstrated great professionalism and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. Many thanks to Amal and Chef Sameh, who personally ensured that everything we needed was available and kindly offered our daughter fresh waffles and fruit. She was so delighted that she insisted on taking a photo with him, which was a very kind gesture. Special thanks also to Mohamed, Youssef, and the entire team. The swimming pool was, as always, perfect. The staff were attentive and well-trained, always focused on guest safety and comfort. The snacks and food were also very good. Staying at this hotel was a unique experience thanks to its spectacular view of the Pyramids of Giza. The gardens are beautiful, the service is professional, and the rooms are very comfortable. It's an ideal place for travelers looking for both luxury and history.

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Mena House in April 2026 and loved it. As a Bonvoy member, they treated us very well. And cannot say enough about the location. A bit pricy, but it was worth it with the proximity to the GEM and the pyramids. A special thanks to some of the staff. - Ahmed who took care of our room in the old wing was fantastic. - Dunya at the concierge desk took great care of us and arranged everything for our visit to the pyramids. - Mohamad drove us in the golf cart up to the entrance of the pyramids and was waiting there when we returned with ice cold water. He was just great. Please thank each of them for helping to make our stay so special.

Hotel is super clean and super nice I came to celebrate my wedding day in the historical place and Ms.Monica the guest relations manager was super super helpful since pre arrival arrangements till the end of the stay No words can describe my feelings about her kindness and her professionalism Indeed without her assistance our big day will not be perfect I hope my message will seen by the management ❤️❤️❤️

Our first visit to Cairo; our main goal was to visit the pyramids and new GEM museum. The Mena House was perfect for us. We invested in a pyramid view room which took our breath away! You could never be unhappy looking out from our balcony. We also made use of the private entrance and golf buggy to the pyramid site - we could avoid all queues and arrived super early before the crowds. This was so convenient - even a little exclusive! The hotel is smart, easy to navigate and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was quiet and elegant. It is clear that the property is very well cared for with attention to detail shown in every corner. We ate at both the Indian restaurant and Italian for dinner, plus poolside snacks. Service was great and food was pleasant and well priced. The biggest compliment goes to the staff at this hotel. Every single staff member we met: pool attendants, concierge, reception, security, drivers, gardeners and house keeping were warm, welcoming and so professional. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
